Job

When I woke up, my body felt tired, probably from all the running and clubbing last night. I get out of bed and grab a glass of water and turn the TV on.

About an hour later, I got a few texts from Leo.

"Hey dude guess what? The place we were tagging yesterday has a job opening."

"I know you said you needed a new job so I thought I would let you know."

"Plus, you'd be making a lot of money, think about it."

God this dude always has my back. I replied to him with this:

"Thank you Leo, seriously. I'll look into it."

"Wait but didn't that guy see us last night? What if he's like the manager or something?"

Leo:

"Don't worry Alex. That guy was probably just an ordinary worker, you'll be fine."

Alex:

"Yeah, you're right. I'm gonna go look into this job, thanks again Leo."

Leo:

"Yeah, no problem."

With that last text, I turn my phone off and grab my computer. I search up the company name and see that they are looking for a new secretary "I can do that... probably." I thought, how hard could it be? I find the boss's email and start to form an e-mail. I sent the e-'mail and explained how I saw they needed a new secretary and I tried to persuade him into letting me come in for an interview. After it sends, I turn the TV back on and wait for the boss to email me back.

I woke up about 3 hours later. "Shit, when did I fall asleep??" It's fine though. Oh wait. Shit! I have to check my email. I swear I hope I got an email back by now. When I open my computer I go to my inbox and see 1 new message. It looks like it's from the boss. I click it open and read it.

"Dear Alex,

Hello there Alex, I'm James, the boss at XXXX Company. I would greatly appreciate if you would come in for an interview with me sometime this week. We are in desperate need for a new secretary and I hope that you can do me justice. I am free on both Monday and Thursday. Please let me know if either of these dates are available for you. Hope to see you soon.

Sincerely,
James of XXXX Company."

As soon as I finished reading the email, I shot one right back to him explaining that I am free on Monday and would love to go. I hope I still have my suit. I want to look nice for the interview.
