7. A Movie night

I was waiting in front of the school for Steve to drive by and pick me up.
I already wanted to walk to the phone booth to call him, but heard a familiar honking as I turned around.
S - Hey! Where you going?
I turned around to Steve's car. Just to see, while turning, these brown eyes, which were watching every step of mine carefully.
Just for some seconds we locked eyes, but I looked away after remembering that Steve was watching me.
- I just wanted to call you..thought you forgot me
S - nah I could never
- Yes sadly..so now bring me to your stupid work place...I'm sure you don't want to miss your date with HeIdi
I just saw how he rolled his eyes and started driving.

Eddie's PoV
- God I hate it how he gets so much attention from them...
D - well they live together so..
-so?..nothing...it unfair how he gets to have them all for himself..By the way where are they going?..every time i watched them driving off I saw them turning right, but now they turned left...
M - well then I think they will go to his work place, you know..the movie shop or whatever it is
- Guys from where did we have this movie we watched yesterday?
Jeff, Gareth and Simon (I just named the third one Simon cause his name isn't mentioned)
looked at each other confused
J - uh from the Film employee...you would know if you would come with us
- So we still need to bring the movie back...and get a new one, right?
J - Yeah?...
- then let's go! Little ones you'll come with us!
I jumped to my Van and waited to everybody was on board before I drove off the parking lot and straight to them.

Y/n's PoV

God this is so boring...I don't even know where Robin is...so I guess I'm stuck here alone.
So I'm going through a magazine and just hear how the door opens and I couldn't have been more of the pissed worker cliché..like I didn't even looked up, cause all of this bored me so much
- Welcome to the Film employee, what can I do for you?
E - well nice to see you again
I recognized this voice...and my eyes raced up just to meet his.
- Wha-
I looked behind him and saw his band and of course the three kids
- What are you doing here?!
E - well Jeff here..still needs to bring back this movie and we also want to get a new one..
- Okay....fine..what kind of movie you want to watch?
I took the tape and waited for a reply
G -....well uh I don't know a horror movie?
E - yeah sounds good
- well then..follow me and you three-
I pointed at the three boys behind them.
- We really needs to talk things like this need to stop!
M - What things?
- That you tell everyone where I am every time!
I gave all of them a serious face and then walked off to the Horror-movie section
E - so Sweetheart...what can you recommend?
I froze for a moment and I couldn't hide a small smile by the name ,,sweetheart"
- well uh...I recommend nearly all of them but ya need to know what kind of horror you like the most..but my favorite is the Shining
E - we'll take that
He gave me this little sweet smile and we walked to the front again.
E - so how much do we owe you for this?
- Well-
E - Let's make a Deal...we both..meet again with some stuff to smoke, this movie and some food..of course everything on me and we don't have to pay now
- Fine but what will you watch with your little friends here?
E - well, do you have something here in the front?
I looked under the counter and pulled out Friday the 13th
- I could give you this?...
E - We'll take it..so tomorrow after the campaign?
- How do you know I'll come?
His eyes widen and he quickly looks at the three younger ones behind him which already try to defend themselves
I watched them and chuckled.
- Don't worry..they asked me and I said I'll come
Eddie turned to me again with a relieved smile
E - Good
He takes the movies and leans over the counter to give me a kiss on the cheek. Everybody giggled and smiled, cause they were in shock of what just happened..just like me
E - see ya later
I raised my eyebrows and watched them how they wanted to leave
- Hey!
They turned around
- The movies are for 18 year old people, so you three-
I pointed at Dustin,Mike and Lucas
- You three won't watch this or i will tell your Moms!
The three of them started to complain and the four older ones laughed at them.
I looked after them and saw how Eddie did some happy jumps on the parking lot and giggles as I saw him excited like a kid over who knows what...My hand touched my cheek and I sat down again continuing to read my magazine
