Kamaiyah Harris is having a bad day.
Her trusty car refuses to start, an issue with her suppliers mean her next batch of t-shirt orders will be delayed, and to top it all off, she's managed to spill her much-needed cup of her favourite beverage all over a hot masked stranger.
Desperate to right at least one wrong, she insists on replacing the handsome stranger's ruined shirt with one of her own customs, free of charge. Thankfully, after some persuasion and a little bit of a guilt trip, he agrees to the offer and the two exchange numbers.
Expecting only to earn some good karma to combat her string of bad luck, Kamaiyah is surprised when the two keep on talking, learning more about each other as the weeks go on and sharing intimate parts of themselves that they've never shared with anyone else.
But, as she already knows, things aren't always as simple or easy for Kamaiyah. Dealing with secrets, responsibilities and the distance between them, Kamaiyah must figure out just how she can keep this enigmatic stranger in her life.

namjoon + kamaiyah! this is also another one i'm not sure i'll actually write which is ironic because i started thinking about this story all the way back in november lol. i'm at the point where i don't think each member in this particular series needs a full story.
however, if i do end up writing it and not as a bunch of one shots, im thinking of making it a text au, purely because about 70% of their relationship development would be over the phone. i've never done one before, but i've recently really gotten into social media au's so it might be fun to try it out.
regardless, i'd still love to do a namjoon ff because i love him and that's my man, so maybe i'll make him and yoongi the first ones i do in my other series to make up for the fact that i didn't give them a full story here :) .
