Birthday (Hayes Grier fanfiction)

Chapter 7

We finally got to the mall. The car ride there was just singing and is acting weird. Yeah, I'm still kinda pissed off at Chloe but she will not ruin my birthday party day. If that makes sence.

The grouped split up. I just ended up going with Nash because we are really close and I needed a guys opinion on what I wear.

"Okay, everyone got there group or partner" Nash says. Everyone shakes there head yes. I looked around and say Hayes staring at me. Great, now I'm blushing.

"Okay everyone meet at the food court at 1" Cameron said.

As soon as we agreed I forced Nash into Forever 21 because they have cute clothes.

After I awhile I found the perfect outfit. It was a black v-neck bodysuit with a sparkly kind light pink skirt on top with laced up heels . I got earrings to go with it.
I made Nash come to the dressing room to see it.

"Okay Nash, does this look okay?" I say as I step out.

"Omg yes Emily you look perfect. I think Hayes will fall in love with you right at the moment he sees you." he says.

"Nash stop it!" I say laughing.

I put back on my regular clothes and get some make up for the party.When I finally paid, it was 1. I was starving.
We got to the food court and saw everyone there already. We got taco bell because why not. We were heading to the table and I saw the only open sit left was next to Hayes of course.

I sit down and just start eating my taco. Not paying attention to what the others were saying. I got out my phone and went on Instagram. I grabed my ear phones out of my pocket and put them in my phone. I start listening to One Direction and 5SOS.

"Hey guys I'm going to keep shopping." I said. I heard them say okay.

"Can I come? " Hayes said.

"If you want ." I said back turning around.

We start walking around the mall. I ended up putting the headphones back in my bag.

"Hey, are you okay? You didn't say anything to me in the kitchen this morning." say Hayes said.

"I'm fine. Thanks. Why don't you go shop alone? " I said coodly.

"Nope I want shop with you"

"Please."

"Nope"

"Fine" I said giving up.

We ended up at a make up store that I forced Hayes in to because I need new make up for tonight. I got my stuff and left, Hayes still with me.

"Okay you choose next store." I said.

"Okay."

After awhile in the mall, Hayes and I started getting along again. I keep get butterfly in my stomach though. That's a bad sign. I mean Hayes is so hot and he could have every girl he wants. There is no way in the world he would want me. Ugh why feelings why?!?

"Hey the guys are at the car. You ready?" Hayes said breaking my thought.

"Yeah" I said back. We head back to the house.

We finally got there. My mom was there luckily. We walked in when I say her talking to someone on the phone. She looked sad and like she was crying minutes ago.

"Mom is everything alright?" I said.

"Emily sit down. Guys please go to the gaming room or something please. " she said. The guys left.

"Emily, I'm sorry to tell you this but your grandfather past away..."

"Wait what? No Please tell me you are lying. Please " I say yelling and crying.

I run to my room and slam the door. I go in to my bathroom and get out an old friend. My razor. I make 4 cuts. One for me not saying good bye to my grandpa.  Another for me being stupid. Lastly, one for me being fat. I cut them on my ankle so no one see it. I put bandages on them and leave to cry on my bed.

I cry and cry. Someone knocks on my door.

"Leave me alone" I say. They don't leave but instead open the door.

"Emily are you okay?" Hayes said.

I sit up."No..." I was so weak I'm crying in front of Hayes Grier.
Instead of saying something. He moves next to me and holds me. I move to me crying on his chest. I feel bad because I probably messed up his shirt but he smelt amazing.
He held me and told me it is going to be okay.
I finally stopped crying. I just let Hayes hold me. I sit up.

"Thank you..." I say.

"Your welcome. Are you okay?" He says.

"Not really." I say back trying to wipe my eyes. So I don't looked stupid.
"But thank y-" I was cut off by...
Hayes kissing me!

A/N:
Hey guys, thank you for reading my story. Also, yes I met HAYES GRIER!! He was so nice and smelt really good. Also, Jonah got shirt less at the show and I recorded it. I posted it on Instagram. Guess what? JONAH LIKED THE VIDEO!!! So, yeah that happened. Byee!
