Birthday (Hayes Grier fanfiction)

Chapter 9

We got to the party and saw that everybody. I start getting really nervous.

I start thinking "do I look fat?"
Am I wearing to much make up?"
I was cut off my thinking because Myra was pulling at my arm to go in.

Right when we get though the doors, all was purple light, streams, loud music, a lot of people dancing.

The first people that came up to me was my family, of course. Than all my friends came. Then the MAGCON guys came up.

"Emily you look beautiful!" said Carter.

"Thank you Carter" I said.

"Yeah you do." I heard the rest of them say.

I saw that Hayes wasn't there. Should have known... I saw that he was with my least favorite person in the world. Of course, he is with Lexi. Ugh should have known.

I saw that they were getting really close. Why does this happen to me! I mean didn't he just kiss me this morning. Whatever Emily. You knew not to like him.

I than go dance with my friends. My favorite songs start playing. I look over and see Lexi and Hayes dancing (really grinding on each other). Whatever. I go over to Myra.

"Hi Myra." I say

"Hey Em. Why are you not dancing with Hayes?"

"Um go see for your self..."

She goes look to see that Hayes is dancing with Lexi.

"Oh. Well guess he didn't realize that she is a hoe" she says.

"Yeah" I look down.

"Emily don't get down. Come on and dance"

After we danced for a little bit, we ate and opened present. Which were amazing. I looked up and saw Hayes staring up at me. I felt awkward.

I decided to go to the restrooms. I got up and started walking when I felt an arm go around my waist and pull me over. I looked up and saw Hayes.

"Yes?" I said with sass

"Can you step outside with me? Please..." he says.

"I guess."

We walk outside and sit down on the bench thing. I shiver a bit. Hayes clearly saw and moved closer putting his arm around me.

"Hayes you can't keep doing this." I whisper.

"Keep doing what?"

"You know. You know one moment you are kissing me than another moment your having a hoe grind on you."

"Oh yeah..." Hayes says.

"Oh yeah is correct." I say I move Hayes arm off of me and get up.
I start walking when I feel Hayes arm around my waist again spin me around.

"What?" I look up at Hayes

"Look Emily I really like you and I'm really sorry I keep playing with your emotions..." he says

"So what now? Do you expect me to forgive you?" I say.

"No, so that's why I haven't given you my gift" He than pulls out a cute necklace that had an my birthstone.

"Aww thank you!" I say looking up at him

"Lets just say you have a really good best friend."

That's when it all clicked. Chloe helped Hayes at the mall and everything.

"Thank you Hayes." I looked up at him blushing still being really close to him.

"Emily will you please go on a date with me?"

"I would love to."

He than took the necklace and put it on me. When we was done he looked straight at me.

"Can I please kiss You?"
All I did was nod and move my head up. You know what happened next...
