a certain group fighting in a public place that disturbs the peace

An enormous amount of shiny green spikes came bursting out of the ground. Like icicles, their edges and ends were sharp, seeming to pierce through even the hardest armour, yet so glamorous, like the dark-green jewel itself. Everyone was spellbound about what just happened, even the thrashing blonde, who was prepared to launch at the black-haired girl, stopped to gaze upon the fence of crystals. Silence filled the stadium until a certain blonde with a gold chain pointed at several tiny figures on top of the stadium. The man did not regret his decision at all. The person, who stood in the middle of the group, threw a ball, a forest-coloured pearl -with a sacramento-green slit slicing the eye in the middle- onto the centre of the hard ground. And with that, there came chaos.

Dream's figure came zooming to the centre, quickly wearing his netherite armour whilst spawning in both his shield and sword before he managed to hit the ground. Bakugo was about to launch himself towards Dream when an invisible force held the angry student back. Dream looked at Eliana, whose mask was glowing pure white, having her left hand out and clenched into a fist. It was visible that she was sweating to remain dominant over her power. The white glows seemed to be going on and off, appearing as if it was glitching. Other Aeris Team members came flooding down to the main floor as panic continued to engulf the stadium. Heroes then came running to the field, as well as some younger students, but they were busy caught in a fight with the Terra Team. The Disruptions had finally worn their masks and joined in to help the Terras. Dream felt a looming presence before him, as he looked up to see a seven-foot-three buff man, staring down at him. 

"You must be the leader of this unfortunate event," the tall blonde man stated, putting his fists to his hips, a shiny-white smile curving on his mouth. "I must say you did a good job planning this event out, but you mustn't interfere with this round, we need to know this girl's quirks- wait," Dream smiled as All Might went silent. The hero paled.
Finally, Dream thought, a smile appearing on his face. What took this man so long to realise? 
"You're not here to cause chaos, aren't you? You're here for Young Eliana." Dream crackled at the man, wheezing before he breathed in another gulp of air. "Well, if you are here for Young Eliana, that will not be happening anytime soon."
"Oh?' Dream exclaimed, hearing his voice-changer make a glitched sound as faced the great hero in front of him, his head leaned to his right shoulder. "And what makes you think that?" All Might's smile no longer seemed genuine when a shadow was cast on his forehead.
