1. Into The Unknown

Deep in the Morphin' Grid, reality begins to lose stability...

In the year 2004, we meet Conner McKnight, the Dino thunder red ranger. Connor finishes his soccer game and notices his teacher and mentor, Tommy Oliver, on the sideline and gives him a nod while Tommy replies with a thumbs up.

Tommy- Great game Conner!

Conner chuckles and jogs over to him.

Conner- As always Dr. O!

Connor gives Tommy a high five and walks back to pick up his water bottle. Tommy drops his notebook and bends down to pick it up. As he looks up he sees Connor on the ground gripping his head in agony and sprints over to him.

Tommy- Connor! What's wrong, are you okay?

Conner- ARRRGGGHHH!! My head!!!!

Connor continues gripping his head in agony and as Tommy looks around for help, the world around him starts distorting. All of a sudden Tommy's head starts ringing and the two black out.

In a different time, Zayto, Dino fury red ranger, is in the middle of a training session with his friend Aiyon, Dino fury gold ranger. The two clash brilliantly with Aiyon on the front foot, pushing Zayto further and further back. Right as Aiyon thinks he has him, Zayto twists his body and hooks Aiyon's sword out of his hands, leaving him without a weapon. Zayto finishes him off with a mock stab to the chest. Aiyon being the "comedian" he is jumps to the floor and clutches his heart in mock agony.

Aiyon- Owwww! My heart! I'm bleeding out! How could you do this to me Zayto, my dear old pal!!!

The two chuckle as Zayto helps him up and Aiyon dusts himself off.

Zayto- You let your guard down again. You ought to be more careful Aiyon.

Aiyon- Yeah Yeah, you're right "all powerful Zayto".

Zayto chuckles and turns around but when he doesn't hear a reply from Aiyon he turns back and sees nobody there.

Zayto- Aiyon?

Zayto scrambles around the base looking for his partner.

Zayto- Aiyon??!!

Zayto stops and thinks. He decides to look for Solon to ask her if she's seen Aiyon but when he goes to look for her, she's vanished too. It turns out everyone is missing and nobody is answering their calls. Zayto teleports out of the base and walks towards the mall and as he steps inside, everything goes black...

Again in another universe,  a training exercise is being held between Casey Rhodes, Jungle fury red, Theo Martin, jungle fury blue, Lily Chillman, jungle fury yellow and their mentor , Rj, jungle fury wolf ranger. All of a sudden reality starts shifting as Casey holds his head in agony and looks over at his teammates, Lily and Theo who are completely frozen in time. Rj holds his head In pain and tries to focus, unable to figure out what's going on.

Rj- What the hells going on!?

Casey flops onto the floor and passes out as Rj holds on for a couple seconds more.

Rj- FUUUU-

Rj passes out and the other two rangers are still stuck in time, frozen for an unknown amount of time.

Casey opens his eyes and weakly groans as he gets up. He stands up and stretches and takes note of his surroundings. A dark, gloomy landscape. Not a light or animal in sight. Grey ground and full sky. Although it looks like day time, the moon is fully out. Casey looks around and the area is as pale as can be, not a building in sight in any direction. A grey desert. He looks to his left and sees Rj sitting on a boulder next to him meditating.
