2024, Senior College
Seonwoo taps his finger on the table as he wait patiently for Riki to arrive. Until finally he saw a cab pulled out on the side road and Riki walks out of it.
Seonwoo immediately stood up and welcomed Riki with a tight hug. He didn't even try to conceal his tears as he cry soundly on the younger's chest. He felt Riki's hand held his back to support him from standing.
They stood there for five more minutes before Seonwoo finally detached himself from Riki.
“What happened?” Riki finally speaks.
“Sorry to call you here when you're supposed to be at the dorm doing your requirements,” Seonwoo speaks as Riki guides him back to where he was originally sitting.
Riki took the envelope on the desk and opened it. He scanned the content of the paper inside while Seonwoo watch him from his seat.
“It's no big deal, I was just an emotional person who can't even do a simple job like creating reports,” Seonwoo said.
He was yelled at by his boss on the company after passing his daily reports earlier. The boss didn't even told him exactly what's wrong on his paper and just straight up scolded him.
“There was no error in here, just some missing parts,” Riki speaks after scanning the document. “So, why are you crying?”
Seonwoo shrugged.
He missed the dorm.
He started his on-the-job training three weeks ago which requires stay-in. He missed his friends, especially Jungwon. However, whenever he was trying to contact him he was busy. Their schedule clashed and they couldn't find time to meet.
All these feelings have been bottled up inside Seonwoo and the scolding earlier didn't help at all. Luckily for him, Riki answered his call and ditched a seminar just to meet him.
“I'm sorry for wasting your time,” Seonwoo speaks.
“Nah,” Riki shook his head. “You can always email me about things like this so I can give you suggestions. And if things get rough again, call me.”
Riki reaches for Seonwoo's cheeks and wiped the tear that fell.
“You'll graduate in two months, this training is the only one left in your requirements and I'm sure you'll pass through this,” Riki speaks. “What's there to cry?” he added.
Now, Seonwoo finally understand why Jungwon always wanted to meet Riki whenever he feel hopeless. Riki's always there to reassure that everything will soon fall back into its right places.
Seonwoo laughs a bit as he push Riki's hand off his face, “Thanks, Ni-ki.”
Riki smiled, “Let's have dinner, I'm starving.”
All through out their childhood, Seonwoo knew Riki as an annoying person. He was always there to mess up Seonwoo's happy moments. Maybe it is the years that passed by that changed Riki. He matured a lot. Although he was still a little playful, this Riki is better than the Riki in their childhood.
Or maybe, Seonwoo just didn't pay attention to him that he missed this personality of Riki.

Jungwon and Seonwoo hugged each other as they both held the certificate of com pletion they just received. Four years of college finally come to an end as they already graduate.
Both boys stopped jumping around and looked at Riki. They spread their arms and invited Riki to join their little moment to which the younger happily joins.

Jungwon stared sympathetically at Riki who was waving good bye at him. He couldn't help but tear up as he let go of Jay's hand and ran back to Riki.
He hugged the younger boy so tight that Riki really coughs.
“I'll be one call away if you need anything,” Jungwon cries.
Riki gave him a comforting pat on the back.
“Thanks, Jungwon,” Riki said.
Jungwon detached himself from Riki and looked at the person standing beside him—Seonwoo. They have grown too accustomed to each other that it makes their parting of ways more harder.
“Let's contact each other all the time,” Jungwon said before he gives Seonwoo a hug.
It lasted for minutes before Jay gently dragged him away from the two. They've been saying their goodbyes for almost an hour already.
Seonwoo and Riki was left standing before the road with Riki helping Seonwoo with his luggages. Riki ditched another seminar for this good bye and he also volunteer to send Seonwoo home.

Riki needs to go.
University dorms have a strict curfew rules and Riki must be there before eight. However, Seonwoo still has something to say.
“Sunoo,” Riki called to make sure the person in front of him isn't day dreaming.
Seonwoo nervously bite his lips as he looked down.
“Ni-ki, I...”
“Hm?”
“I like you, Ni-ki...”
Seonwoo finally utter as he look up to see Riki's reaction. It was blank for a moment before Riki reluctantly scratches the back of his head and he gave Seonwoo a half-hearted smile.
“Can you say something?” Seonwoo speaks again, looking directly at the younger's eyes.
Riki looks down to avoid any eye contact from the older.
“In all honestly,” Riki started, “I don't feel the same.”
“I don't like you, Sunoo.”
Riki stepped closer to the older as he held Seonwoo's chin and made him look directly at his eyes. Seonwoo's eyes is already crowded with tears.
Riki heaved a sigh as he prepare himself for the next word he will utter. A flashback of the past started appearing before him.
