Glory was flying.

Flying as fast as she could through a dense jungle of leaves, flowers and sloths.
But she had to beat Deathbringer in this years annual Rainforest Race.
This completion was originally just for Rainwings, but now any tribe could join. There was a long forest track that you had to race around, dodging obstacles along the way.
Glory pumped her wings harder,  laughing as Deathbringer got caught on a large tree branch covered in goo.
"Ack!" Deathbringer screeched, long strands of goo stuck to his arms.
"Karma for throwing that pineapple at me!" Glory yelled back.
But as Glory was turning a corner, a sharp pair of talons grabbed her legs and pulled her into a sack.
"GLORY!" Deathbringer roared in  worry.
But she was already gone.

Glory felt deja vu as she woke up, feeling dizzy. Someone must have knocked me out, she thought. But who was that someone? Suddenly, the sack was yanked of of her head and she could see where she was.
Two roughly made stone thrones sat in front of her. But that wasn't what she was looking at. Glory was looking at the two dragons on those thrones, Queen Snowfall and Queen Coral.

"Are you crazy?!?" Glory snarled, her tail lashing in anger on the hard rock floor.
"Not at all." Queen Snowfall replied with a cold smile "We are simply here to fix what went wrong."
"And what might that be?" Glory asked, glaring at the two queens. If looks could kill, both Queens would be dead already.
"Why Glory," Queen Coral hissed "Let me explain. You are too valuable. You rule two tribes and are friends and a part of the famous Dragonets of Destiny. With that amount of power, who knows what you could do."
"Yes." Snowfall cut in " So if you want us to let you go, you have to step down from being queen of the Nightwing and give that position to Fierceteeth."

After the two Queens left, Glory flopped to the ground with a brown of despair and annoyance. Of course, the two most stupid and smug queens in all Pyrrhia and to dragonnap her. What was Deathbringer going to do? Glory smiled at the image. It gave her hope. She needed a plan.
When she woke up the following day, the two queens came in to give her food. But with a bone chilling hiss, Glory unhinged her had and shot venom towards both the queens.
Queen Snowfall swiftly dodged as much as she could, screaming as a few stray droplets hit her. But Queen Coral wasn't fast or young enough. A large splash of venom hit her wings and chest. Silence. Then Queen Coral let out an ear piercing shriek of pure agony and fell to the ground as the venom enveloped her. Dead.
Snowfall snarled in anger and released frostbreath everywhere, just missing Glory. With smirk, Snowfall closed ,what Glory realised was a prison, door and left.

Glory immediately jumped into action. She started tapping the walls and floors, looking for an escape route. Nothing. She looked for any levers, secret entrances, or literally anything. Nothing.
"Nooooooo!" Glory moaned in despair. She couldn't give up. She wouldn't give up. But there was nothing. With a defeated sigh, Glory curled up and went to sleep, determined to get out of there tommorow.
But in the morning, something was wrong. She was shivering like crazy, her teeth chattering. Of course, she realised, the frostbreath Snowfall let loose! Her breath soon turned sharp and ragged, and her body was slowly freezing. This must be how Greatness felt.
Outside, a roar of pain ripped through the sky. Glory sat up, alarmed, but rolled her eyes when she saw Deathbringer poke his head in through the door.

"Geez" Glory grinned "Dramatic aren't you?"
"Glory! Are you ok?" Deathbringer said worridly.
"Cold" Glory replied.
"Ok, ok, let's get you back to the rainforest. The healers can treat you" Deatjrbinher siad calmly, but Glory could see fear in his eyes.
"Aww, are you scared?" Glory asked with a mischeiveious grin.
"Save the sarcasm until we get outside." Deathbringer said.
"Whatever, smug face." Glory said grinning through the cold, and with that, they flew away, talon in talon, one of them cold, but both of them happy.
