In the distance of the desert, there was Agrabah.
In the palace of Agrabah, the Sultan ordered his royal vizier to find another suitor for his daughter. Princess Jasmine.
And the royal vizier was Jafar.
Before he and Iago the parrot pursued for the cave, the Cave of Wonders, he hired the thief the way to find the location. Gazeem was his name. The thief goes on the royal vizier's errands in secret.
Jafar heads to his hidden lair for how to reach the Cave of Wonders and more.
In luck, the royal vizier finds one suitor for Princess Jasmine. His name was Prince Achmed. He was interested to meet the princess of Agrabah. Jafar paid him the red sapphire for the meeting in the palace. The prince agreed.
The royal vizier goes to the marketplace. The people care less about Jafar.
The royal vizier was only coming there for his own business. Jafar was seeking the peddler.
The royal vizier meet the merchant for the actual item he asks for.
The peddler understood Jafar.
The merchant goes thru his stocks in his tent. The peddler out one golden piece. The merchant told the royal vizier it was one of the two scarab pieces. The peddler also tells Jafar if you put two pieces of the gold scarab together, it'll lead you to the Cave of Wonders.
The royal vizier was interested. Jafar wonders for the price to purchase one part of the golden scarab.
The merchant says it was rare and expensive.
The royal vizier pondered about the payment for the half of the gold scarab.
And then, Jafar shown the peddler the red sapphire.
The merchant accepts the royal vizier's offer.
Jafar knows about Princess Jasmine. If she rejected Prince Achmed tomorrow for the idea of their marriage, Jafar won't worry about paying the prince the red sapphire.
Iago still can't believe what the royal vizier did. Jafar reassured the parrot that it was the way to get to the Cave of Wonders. To grab a lamp and rule Agrabah as the Sultan.
When the night goes dark, the royal vizier awaits for Gazeem. Jafar's dark goal has not failed him yet. The thief arrives by horse to meet the royal vizier.
And so as their objective commences, when the two golden scarab pieces are put together, they followed it to the Cave of Wonders' destination.
And the story of the lamp continues...
