Izu Pov:
Soon we got to Tsukauchi's office and it was a mess!!!
" What a mess " Said Neito who can't stand a messy room
"It's not that bad. You should see the room after Pa tries to find an outfit to wear for their date night.... " Said Toshi
" Or Izu brother's room.... " Said Denki
" Try Hari's room.... it's worst than my brother's room"
" How? " Asked Toshi with an eyebrow raced
" Don't remind me of his room " said Neito who is most likely getting a headache
" Is my office that bad? " asked Tsukauchi
" No those kids are just so used to looking after messy kids that it becomes a thing for them " said Aizawa
" Anyway take a seat " said Tsukauchi as he sit down in front of his computer and get ready to ask us questions so I can sue All Mighty Tiny PP Man out of existence
" Ok, so can I have all of your names? "
" Izuku Chisaki "
" Hitoshi Shinso "
" Neito Monoma" Neito hisses out his last name
" Ok now, who wants to start? "
" I think I can since I met him first " I told him
" Ok " he nods as he gets ready to take notes
" I first met him when I was 13 that day I had a really bad beating and was told to go jump off a roof by someone I used to love, so I was not in a really good mindset. "
Tsukauchi look up at me with a shocked face I just smile softly at him
" I'm quirkless is what we go through each and everyday....I guess you have come a cross a few of us in your line of work? "
He looks down mostly remembering all those other quirkless kids he did not manage to save
" I took a long way home that day and I was attacked by a villain...
Lucky for me All Might come and punch the villain with me still being held as a hostage
Meaning he also punches me as well. But he did check on me to see am I dead or not by slapping my face to wake me up "
"Wait you're telling me All Might slap an unconscious kid on the face to wake them up?! Instead of I don't know calling an ambulance??! "
" Yes " I told him as I watch him letting out a big sigh mostly because of how much of an idiot their number one hero really is
" Anyway, after I woke up and see All Might I asked him a question...
A question that had changed my life forever " I said softly and I feel Neito and Toshi hug me tightly
" And what would that question be? "
" I asked him can a quirkless person like me become a hero..."
" ...... "
" He told me no and start to laugh at me for how useless we are.... Or how much of an idiot I am to even dare to dream about becoming a hero"
Tsukauchi's face turn from shocked to one of horror then anger
" After that 3 days later I try and jump off the roof of my school but luckily I was saved by someone who is dear to me. He listens to my story and he took me in, looked after me, helped me become who I am right now.
He had become a reason for me to keep on living " I smile sweetly at the ring that Kai give me and hold my hands close to my chest
Tsukauchi look so shocked but at the end he smile at me
" I'm happy that you had found someone that makes you happy " he said softly
" Well I guess I'm next " said Neito
" Just like everyone I also go for the UA exam and I did manage to get enough points to get into 1A but somehow the hero commission refused to acknowledge that and my spot in 1A was taken away from me... And because of that I was disowned by my family....
If it not for Izu here found me that day I mostly would have been dead..."
" I'm sorry to hear that.... Do you by any chance still have the letter? And if you are not with your family who are you living with?"
" I do. As for where I am living I am staying with Izu and his new family. They had also taken me in "
" As for me since I was adopted by dad and pa I have met All Might before UA even started and he never liked me from the start....
He even asked dad and pa why would they want to adopt a villain like me..."
" Midnight was also there when he said that " said Dadzawa
" And when he found out that I was trying for UA he try everything to take the spot from me even if dad and pa was the one recommending me "
" That is why we think he has something to do with my spot being taken away " said Neito
" I can see why you think that " said Tsukauchi
" And when UA started All Might have done and said a lot of unwelcome things to us " I told him
" If you asked Nezu he will have videos of some of the training he did with class 1A " said Sleepyzawa
" Ok I will send an email to him asking for those videos "
" And you can also ask Tensei about how All Might had acted. Tensei was with us when today's training was happening " said Catzawa
" Ok more people I have to email "
" Now that is done I think you have a case to sue All Might. But there is something I want to ask you Izuku"
" Ask away " I think I have an idea of what he wants to ask
" What is your original name? "
" Izuku Midoriya " I told him with a sad smile
As I watch him type my dead name into the computer to look for me in their system
Then I see the shocked face
" I know but please keep it a secret for me. Izuku Midoriya had died that day I jump and right now we are in front of you is Izuku Chisaki "
He nods in understanding then smiles at us
" I wish you good luck on suing him "
" Thank you " I smile at him sweetly as we all get up and leave his office
" Should we tell the others about this? " asked Neito
" Naaaa~~~ where the fun in that~~~ " I smirk at them as the three of them smirk back
