Can You Feel This

She walked down the street and tried to avoid bumping into people. The street was starting to get crowded and she hated it. She tried to avoid walking or going somewhere during the rush hours but this time she had to walk because her sister refused to drive her.

As she was walking across the street a car started to speed up and ignore the red light in front of him. The driver didn't hit the brake until it was too late and slammed into the young woman. The brunette miraculously survived the impact but was still rushed to the hospital.

She was waiting for a specialist to come and check her and also someone who knew sign language.

A raven haired woman entered the room as she was looking down on her phone texting her father about the incident.

Tori looked up and saw the woman in front of her and she smiled. There she was.. Jade West. Her crush since High school.

'Jade, what are you doing here?' She signed.

The former goth was suprised to see her old crush when she saw her name on the paper.

'I work here, I'm your doctor' she said and Tori was suprised to hear that.

'What happened with the scripts?' She asked her and Jade chuckled.

'I realized I needed a backup plan in case things didin't work out' Jade said as she started to do her check up.

Tori felt her heart beat faster everytime Jade touched her. She missed the former goth. She missed hearing her voice and the way she sang.

The last time they saw each other was the day of the accident.

*15years ago*

It was the night of their graduation, the party was a blast until there was huge explosion on the stage.

A few students got hit by debrees but there was one in particular person who had it worse and it was the schools star Tori Vega.

"What the fuck was that?" Jade said as they all ran towards the stage.

"I.. I don't know.. oh my god.. Tori.. where is Tori" Cat said with panic in her voice.

"She was on the stage with.." Andre started but was interrupted by Jade screaming.

"TORI TORI NOO TORI" the goth screamed as she saw the half latina laying helpess on the stage.

Everyone was watch in horror as her friends helped her out of the debrees. Jade was the one everyone was scared of because seeing her reaction was new.

The goth was crying her eyes out and begging her frenemy to wake up. To be okey and to open her eyes. Her voice was broken and she was shaking. She held the girl close to her chest and gave her kisses on her cheeks. Begging her to not leave her alone in this cruel world. It was there Jade West had confess her dying love for the half latina.

It took 3 months for Tori to finally wake up from the accident but only to find out that she could no longer hear anything. The blast had destroyed her ear drums so she had to learn how to sign language. It took months for her to recover her but it took her a year and a half to finally understand that she could never ever hear again.

*Flashback End*

Years had passed and now Tori works as a translater at LAPD, she helps them with special cases when kids are involved. Other then that Tori don't do much since she got a hefty amount of money from Ryan Daniels family.
