"I hope you're all hungry!" Phoebe set the food down on the table.

"Absolutely." Hank said happily. "Let's eat."

"It is so nice to sit down to dinner like a normal family." Barb smiled, looking around at her family.

"Yeah." Phoebe lifted the lid off of the chicken. "Hit it, sis." Nora used her laser eyes to cook the raw chicken. "I'll get forks." Phoebe used her telekinesis to do so.

"I'll get the lemonade." Billy used his superspeed to run to the fridge and start tossing things out of the fridge, looking for the lemonade. He came back shortly after with the lemonade.

"And I'll eat dessert." Max used his telekinesis to bring the chocolate cake over.

"Max, that's for later." Phoebe scolded her twin brother, the cake floating in the air between the two.

"Says who?"

"Me. Now let it go."

"Suit yourself." He let go just as Phoebe ducked, sending the cake flying into the wall behind Phoebe.

"Wall cake!" Billy tried to run over, but Hank grabbed him with one hand and picked him up.

"That's it. For once could we enjoy a nice, relaxing dinner without you kids using your superpowers?"

"Hey, I haven't used mine." I held up my hands in defense.

"Besides Kass." He corrected himself.

"No problem."

"Sorry."

"Whatever."

"Sure, Dad."
"Great, now..." Hank looked around the table. "Where is my peruvian hot sauce?"
"You're gonna fly to Peru to get hot sauce, aren't you?" Phoebe asked her father.

"Thunderman! Away!" Hank flew through the ceiling, causing rubble to fall down in his place.

Max pulled the hot sauce out of his pocket. "That is never not funny."

We weren't a normal family. I wasn't really even a part of the family. The Thundermans originally lived in Metroburg. My father was a supervillain who fought Thunderman several times. In their most recent interaction, Thunderman killed my father. He felt sympathy for me, the daughter of a supervillain who didn't have control over her invisibility powers, so he took me in. He helped me gain control of my powers and he treated me like a daughter. I still didn't see him as a father, though. I saw him as the man who murdered my father.

"Ooh!" Phoebe danced happily around the living room after hanging up the phone. "I'm having a girls' night with Cherry."

Billy stood up from his seat on the couch. "I don't get it. You and Max have more powers than all of us, and you're excited about seeing a friend?"

Nora stood up next to him. "You don't get it because your only friends are the bacteria in your armpits."
"Yeah, and they want to be friends with you too." Billy lifted up his arm and flicked the air at his sister.

"Eww!"

"Come on, guys, be nice." Phoebe scolded them lightly. "You should love your siblings." She ran right into Max. "Except him. He's evil."

"Come on, sis, you're my twin. Where's the love?" Max tried to hug her.

"Uh, the love died when you beheaded my dolls when we were five."

"Oh, yeah." He pulled out a chain with a doll head on it. "Totally worth it." Phoebe scoffed and left as Max turned to his younger siblings. "Now, if you'll excuse me, I'm off to go do supervillain stuff in my lair." He made his way to his slide down to his 'lair,' but Barb stopped him just before he was about to slide down.

"It's not a lair if it has a nightlight."

"Supervillain?" His father asked him. "More like super-cutie." He kissed his son's cheek.

"Where are you going?" Nora asked his father who was dressed up more than usual.

"I am taking your mom to dinner."
"So Max and Phoebe are babysitting you. They're really looking forward to it."

Phoebe was headed towards the door when she turned to her siblings and parents. "Don't touch your armpits. Don't laser your brother. Don't take over the world. Don't have more children. Good night, everybody." Barb used her lightning on the door. "Wow, Mom. You still got it."
"Where are you going? I need you and Max to babysit tonight."
"Why can't Kass do it?" Max responded immediately.

"Kass has a date and has babysat the past three times." I reminded him.

"A date? With who?" Phoebe asked curiously.

"Don't worry about it." I nodded my head in her direction before pushing past her and opening the door, revealing my date on the other side. "Kenzie, hey."

"Kass, hey." She looked awkwardly behind me at the Thundermans. "Hi, nice to meet you all."

"Hi."

"Hey."

"What's up?"

"You ready to go, Kass?"

"Uh, yeah. Bye, guys."

When I got back to the house after my date, Cherry was frozen in place as the four Thunderman children stood around her body, completely mortified.

"Oh, you guys are screwed." I laughed at the group.

"You're here too." Nora pointed out. "So so are you." She crossed her arms over her chest.

"Who says I was ever here?" I activated my powers, becoming invisible and sneaking up the stairs.
