IX. Childhood bestfriend

The next few days went uneventful if you don't count jungkook revealing his arm full of tattoos and getting a lip and eyebrow peircing and Taehyung pretty much dying....

And then finally one fine morning, taehyung woke up to find jungkook clinging on to him like a Koala while the younger innocently nuzzled his face in the brunette's neck, lightly snoring....

The sight was an absolute delight to taehyung's eyes as the said male smiled and brushed jungkook's bangs out of his face and kissed his forehead....

"Wake up kookie", he sweetly whispered before planting yet another kiss on the younger's eyes and they began to drowsily open....

"TaeTae?", he spoke and taehyung hummed in response, a smile stretched on to his face as he saw the adorable side unfold in front of him.....

"good morning TaeTae", jungkook drowsily whispered before they leaned in, almost attaching their lips into a sweet and soft morning kiss but then...

"TAEHYUNGIE!!!"

And taehyung woke up from his dream....

he groaned as he saw the person who had waken him up from his extremely pleasant dream and and then spoke in a tone a child uses when he doesn't get his favourite candy, "what do you want hyung?!"

"Breakfast is almost ready!", hoseok spoke, smiling extra brightly today, almost as if he had a hunch of what he had ruined...

Taehyung, sighing to himself, moved out of bed and made his way towards the bathroom in a very zombie like fashion...

Today was Sunday for god's damned sake!! why can't they let him sleep peacefully and continue his oh so sweet dream?!

but then he remembered that he had a very important meeting today and that, for a fact, made him wake up instantly... he quickly dressed up in a cream, slightly unbuttoned shirt and brown loose pants and left the house after declaring that he was going out to meet someone, leaving jungkook as well as others extremely confused....

Jungkook, for a fact, was convinced that taehyung was going on a date while the namseok couple tried to convince then that the reality was anything but that...

But all that ceased the very moment taehyung walked in with in with another male, his arm draped around the unknown person's shoulder lazily as he smiled at the people of the house ..

And then, there was an uproar...

Turns out namjoon and hoseok knew the person as they happily greeted him and hugged...jungkook's jealousy was reaching the limit now..

His namjoon Hyung and hoseok Hyung hadn't greeted him like that when they had first met.. wait ...oh yes

But then, taehyung hadn't ever touched him like that either, why? Even when jungkook literally called him daddy?!

And then there was this short legged sausage with a nice butt who was calling his taehyung daddy 'taehyungie' and they were smiling at each other?! How dare they?!

Never had jungkook felt so betrayed...

He was so absorbed in his thoughts that he didn't even notice a hand stretched in front of him for nothing but a simple friendly handshake.. jungkook was pulled out of his train of thoughts when taehyung called him .

"Jungkook?", He nudged the said male and jungkook looked at him .

"Meet him, this is park jimin, my childhood bestfriend", taehyung smiled as he introduced jimin...

Jimin smiled at jungkook while the latter shook his hand, putting the fakest smile on his face....

"And this is jungkook, my..uh..friend", taehyung spoke, awkward tone prominent but nonetheless, the other two shook hands...

'hurt' was an understatement... Jungkook felt like crying right now...

So now he became taehyung's friend.... Alright...

Namjoon and hoseok didn't fail to notice the youngest's sullen and down expression and sighed cuz how stupid these both be?!

Jungkook had stomped off to his room and taehyung had gone to the bathroom when namjoon nudged jimin, making the latter pay attention to the couple... But before they could speak anything, jimin asked.....

"Do they both like each other?"
