Chapter 5- Love or admiration?

       "Alright. HANAGAKI TAKEMICHI, WHY THE FUCK DID YOU SUDDENLY BROKE UP WITH HINA?!!"

     Takemichi's POV

     
        I was taken aback with the sudden loud noise chifuyu created. At first i couldn't even understand what he was saying.

       "Call down partner. Take deep breaths. You are all red from shouting." I said trying to calm him down. He looked like a tomato.

       "Calm down? CALM DOWN?!! Partner what the heck is going on with you??!! Why did you suddenly broke up with Hina?" He asked while grabbing my shoulder tightly.

        'huh? Wait how did he know i broke up with her?' then realisation hitted me. " Oh my god Chifuyu, were you eavesdropping on us?!" I asked angrily. Because like, how could he do this ?

       "Don't try to avert the Question takemichy, tell me the reason.  Because this wasn't even  part of the plan. Why did you do that? You said you love her but then you broke up? Why?"Chifuyu asked at the speed of bullet train.

        'ughh too many questions, my Mind is getting dizzy 😵' "ugh slow  down man, one by one."

        I can see the anger and irritation at his face but he took deep breaths and and said again " okay. Let's start again. Why did you break up with Hina even though you love her?"

      'oh god, how am I supposed to answer that one?' i panicked inside.

     Taking a deep breath I said "it's because I have understood one thing partner. If I stay with her then her life will stay in danger."

      "But I don't want to date her now because of which she won't die in the future." A new voice popped out of nowhere scaring the living shit out of us.

     "WAHHHHHHH! KISAKI?!! what the fuck man why would you do that." I asked totally scared with his sudden appearance.

     "Exactly, and were you secretly listening to our conversation?" Chifuyu asked in the same state as I was.

       "Well I also wanted to know the reason so don't look at me like that. And moreover answer my question takemichi. What do mean by that." Kisaki asked looking at me.

      "Tch. I'll see you later dumbfuck. But he is right. What do you mean by that?" Now chifuyu's eyes were also on me.

      Sighing i continued " that is because even though you are not on the bad side of future there still are many possibilities and I don't want to take any chances. Also I don't think I am capable of taking care of her anymore." I looked at them hoping they understood. But how wrong I was.

       The look they gave me demanded a proper explanation. And so I gave them. A believable explanation.

     " All of the time traveling and deaths has broken me from the inside. Even though now I have saved them, I am not capable of taking care of her anymore. Yes i still  love her but I would be more happy if she is with someone who can take care of her properly, protect her and give her all of the love she deserves. I am not capable of giving her any of those things. I never was." I said facing towards the now  dark sky.

      When I looked at them, they both have tears in there eyes and a hint of guilt. Though kisaki's were still in his eyes, chifuyu was full on crying. I smiled at them and engulfed them in a hug.

     'i hate to lie to you guys but I don't have a choice. Though it's not a complete lie it is a truth in itself but you don't need to know.'

     "Aww hugging without inviting us. That's a serious crime and you know that right" a cocky, fake sad voice interrupted our emotional moment.
