After waiting for the whispers to die down, the host once again spoke. " So now everyone, ARE YOU READY??!!!" Only to emerge a new wave to cheers.
A massive wave of roars and cheering boomed not only in the stadium but also in the houses of those millions of people watching it going down on the their tv cause it was broadcasting live all around the world.
"So our second runner up who wins a total prize money of $150,000 , the one whose swirls and twists were as flawless as their face. " Just as the host said that, the whole stadium went "Oooooooooooooo" with some whistling . The host continued " yes everyone, so give up a round of applause for the onle and only Igor valonski from russia."
The Cheers that erupted not only from the stadium but also from all the people watching from there homes were overjoyed.
A sassy looking male with sharp greyish brown eyes and rosy pink lips with a sharp jawbone and golden brown hair accompanied with blue highlights matching with his costume of blue shades enters the stage. His skin looked so flawless as if he was a Roman God.
Many simping individuals couldn't contain there simping noises and just added to the already loud cheering in the stadium. (P.S I am one of those, are you ?)
Walking on the stage with his not too slim and not too bulk body, Igor stands beside the host and eyes everyone, before taking the prize with a professional smile and standing behind to host to continue.
After the Cheers died down, host started once again. " Now for our first runner up who wins the prize money of $180,000 , the one commonly known as the beauty of the night, whose moves will just leave you in a trance. "
Whistles and cheering filled the stadium as the host went on.
"So everyone, give up a round of applause for Zuri Igwe from Ethiopia". Just as the host shouted the name, a very pretty girl in her late teens walked on the stage.
The nickname "beauty of the night" was befitting for her because her skin, as dark as night, with the natural glow on her face added with the shiny makeup depicted a perfect scenery of stars in the night.
She walked on the stage with her black and grey costume which complemented perfectly with her makeup and the stones and shimmers on hair and face. She gracefully accepted the prize with a lovely smile to make anyone swoon and faint and stood beside Igor giving him an acknowledging nod.
The whole stadium and houses of people where full of joyous celebration and cheering for the young ones. But all of that died down when the lightings suddenly changed.
The whole stadium got dark, with the spotlight only on the host. The quietness in the stadium was filled with anticipation. Afterall it was the time to declare the winner.
The host started, "And now, the moment you all have been waiting for. It's time to announce the winner of the 38th international ice skating championship. " Not a single voice came out from the audience. Everyone was biting there lips or nails.
