Y/n got ready to leave the house. It has been a week since he started working there. He slipped on his shoes as his mind wandered to his job and the mysterious notes. He picked up the small box wrapped in wrapping paper as he thought about how Monty has been avoiding him instead of picking fights with him, and as he opened his front door and stepped outside he made sure to stop all thoughts that weren't about going to his neices birthday party.
When y/n finally found his sibling and their family the band was starting to play. "Hey s/n, (siblings name) sorry it took so long to get here" y/n said as he handed the gift to his sibling. S/n respond happily "no worry's I'm just glad you made it." Y/n looked around as the room got loud with cheers and screams. Y/n took a slice of the pizza at his siblings table.
The band ended their show and went down probably to get ready for kids to meet them. Y/ns neice had opened all of her presents and was now playing with other kids. Y/ns sibling was talking with others and y/n was alone. Y/n had his head down and was looking at the table when he felt like he was being watched. Y/n looked up and saw Monty approaching him. Y/n glared at the Gator as they weren't quite on good terms. Monty stopped Infront of y/ns table and looked down at y/n. Y/n started the conversation with "what do you want." Monty crossed his arms "we need to talk" Monty responded clearly not pleased. Y/n stands up and says "what about, I'm not on shift you know." Monty huffs before answering "it's about your safety.." y/n sighs "fine." Monty takes y/ns wrist "come on we can't talk infront of these people." Monty says dragging Y/n. Y/n slightly blushes as people watch the two leave to a less populated area. Monty let's go of y/ns wrist. Monty:okay so I've seen this guy fallowing you for a while now." Monty started saying. Y/n interrupts with "how long ago, where?" Monty responds "I want to say a day or two after you started, he some how keeps getting into the building." Y/n sighs clearly annoyed. Monty continues speaking with "I've kicked him out a couple of times but he keeps coming back so I thought I'd tell you." Y/n says "thanks I guess." Y/n was wondering if the man had anything to do with the notes and the book, if that was the case then this person could be the person looking to kill y/n. "Monty, I hate to ask this of you but can you....help keep a look out for this guy I get the feeling I know who he is." Y/n said having decided on something. Monty responds to y/n with "I guess I can." Y/n nods before leaving the Gator alone with his thoughts.
Monty leaned on the wall soon after y/n was out of sight. Monty was confused, he usually hated people infact he hated people who talked back the most. Yet here he was feeling....happy to help y/n. Monty decided that he was overheating or something and went back to his golf course to spend some time in the water.
I watched as y/n went back to the table he was originally at. I looked at the Gator who was threatening to spoil the fun and thought of some ways to get rid of him. Then the perfect idea hit me. I went down into the basement to get to work on my plan.
