The Ring

Percy POV

I headed to Bunker Nine to talk with Leo about something really important. Last night I had asked Athena for her permission and she said yes. She gave me some rose gold metal and the my father gave me sea green gem that when in the moonlight had gray on it to. 

Wait let me catch you up. My plan is to propose to Annabeth and I am glad that the gods gave me some supplies for her ring because I do not want to but a ring that does not go with my Wise Girl and her personality. 

Athena had told me that sea green is her favorite color and that rose gold is her second favorite. When I reached bunked nine I went inside but what I saw was Leo and Calypso making out in the hot tub that Leo installed. I took some pictures to use as blackmail since he has done that numerous times to me then walked up to them and screamed in Leo's ear ¨Boo.¨ He and Calypso jumped apart and fell out of the hot tub. 

¨What the heck was that Percy! You scared the Hades out of me!¨ Leo said while I just laughed my head off. I quickly put on a serious face and handed Leo the supplies. Calypso looked at them and squealed with delight. Leo looked at his girlfriend with confusion and then joined her after he solved what the supplies were for. 

¨Can you or can you not do it?¨ I asked him and he gave me a nod. ¨Yes sir Admiral Percy!¨ he said joking around. I slapped my forehead even though it was funny but Leo had to be very serious about this.  Proposing to Annabeth will be the scariest thing I will ever do maybe next to our wedding but still I never wanted to be apart from my Wise Girl again no matter what.

A few days later the ring was finished and now all I needed to do was work up the courage to ask my girlfriend the biggest question of her life. Will you marry me. I had many ideas on how to do it but none of them seemed right so I went to the person that would know the most. Piper. I checked the Aphrodite cabin before I realized she was probably making out with Jason in the Zeus cabin. I walked right in and snapped a few pictures before yelling ¨Get a room you two!¨ 

(A/N Should have mentioned that read The Burning Maze before this and if you have I made Jason alive and well and he and Piper are still together cause I will not kill Jiper. They are my third favorite because who doesn't love Solangelo and after Jiper is Frazel)

Jason and Piper jumped apart like Leo and Calypso and I went to Piper and showed her the ring. Jason knew right away while it took Piper a minute to figure out what it was. ¨Okay one never do that again and two EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE.¨ Piper said to me. ¨Okay calm down Pipes.¨ Jason said to him girlfriend. ¨Who else knows about this Percy.¨ ¨Leo and Calypso but I won't tell Frank and Hazel cause their clumsy and might tell Annabeth.¨ 

¨Piper I need ways to propose to Annabeth.¨ I told her. ¨Under the lake where you had your kiss. That would be cool.¨ she was right and that was the beat idea.
