Frustration expressed as aggression turned inward against the self.
anger and frustration towards oneself
her emotions roll over like her headrest
she tosses and turns when her mind
Won't let her rest, won't let her breath
We are only human to let out tears
she's in constant dysphoric thought
she can only blame herself
Or maybe she just wants to
She doesn't even know who she is
she's a daughter, sister, friend, student.
But who is she to herself
Nobody.
