"I just want to relieve some stress ya know? Just, stop thinking about everything for once..."

"Well, I don't know what to tell you, Aubs..." Kel started.

Aubrey glared at Kel for calling her that nickname.

"Uh... Uhm... You seem to be bored with tryna play sports with me, and, I don't know, I can't stop thinking about it..."

"It's been six weeks, and I just want to think about something, anything besides... You know..."

"I know, I know... Are there any hobbies we could try out?"

"To be honest, besides causing trouble with the Hooligans, I haven't really got into anything in the past couple of years..."

Kel gave Aubrey a sympathetic look, as they reached her run-down house. He gave her his trademark, toothy grin. "Well, whatever we end up doing, we gotta stick together! Maybe we can find a fun new thing to do together!"

Aubrey rolled her eyes, a force of habit more than anything. "Psh... Okay, whatever..." She paused, crossing her arms. Kel hadn't come up to the porch. "Don't you wanna come in?"

Kel looked surprised at her suggestion, and that sort of made Aubrey irritated. "Oh, Uh... I didn't think you-"

"Didn't you literally just say something about sticking together? Come ON!" Aubrey grabbed Kel's wrist and dragged him inside, slowly shutting the front door behind them.

Kel looked around warily. He knew better than to say anything about Aubrey's situation by now, as it made her more annoyed than anything. Looking back, Kel remembered how Aubrey always insisted that the group always hang out at everyone else's houses except hers.

" Uh, what about your mom-"

" SHHH! "

Aubrey then briskly walked to her hallway, where Kel followed closely behind her, opting to ignore the mess that her house was.

The only somewhat nice part of Aubrey's house was her room itself. Besides the stains on the walls and ceiling from water damage, and despite the cracks and holes in the ceiling, it was nice, relaxing, even.

Kel looked around. He had only been in here once, which was a few weeks ago... When Sunny... Kel shook his head, banishing the thought away, for now. He wasn't going to think too hard about the entire Sunny situation.

"Hey Bun-Bun!" Aubrey said in an uncharacteristically sweet, babyish, voice. She noticed Kel watching her, and she put the blanket back over the bunny's cage.

"Uhhh... You can... Sit on my bed, if you want..."

"Okay!" Kel replied before diving onto her bed, which was surprisingly soft. The bed squeaked under his weight.

"HEY! I said sit , not cannonball on it!" Aubrey huffed, face flustered.

"Aww, come on Aubrey, it's no biggie! The bed's fine!" He laughed whilst bouncing up and down on it.

"IT IS a... A - A ' Biggie !'  UGHH! Whatever..." Aubrey grumbled, reluctantly sitting down beside him.

They sat there awkwardly for a moment. Kel idly swinged his legs back and forth.

"Uh... So... What should we do...?" Kel asked, looking around, not meeting Aubrey's stern gaze.

A few seconds of silence passed.

"I can't get it out of my head..." Aubrey whispered, looking down. She pushed back a strand of hair that fell in front of her face.

Kel didn't say anything.
