Chapter 25 : Fear ?

I was ushered to walk infront of them , I did shakily fearing of being beaten by them knowing they had every authority if they wanted to do so ,

Now raise your chin high , and make sure you neatly touch the sides if your dress with softness, your actions have to be seductive and remember eye contact matters most !

I breathed in relief and nod my head slightly and following her command , then looked at them for a minute as I didn't trust them , 

Now walk slowly , and show us the wonders . I gulped and looked at the others who watched my every move closely ,

I started walking , trying hard not to trip through the dress that I chose and the fear that crept in me ,

No ! Not like that !! I heard a bark from one of the mentors barking at me making me gritt my teeth in annoyance , This is something that I have never done in my life , can they for once be patience with me , ?
It's not like I asked for this ,

Nodding my head, I tried again , raising my chin up to the sky , seductive cow gaze ,and touching the damn linen cloth and drag my body like a turtle ,

Good , good . There.. it's working, they complimented , I nod my head and stood aside waiting for other instructions ,

Good step aside , let the others do what you did , did you girls see what she did ? Now , everyone of you will do the same , and make sure no one messes this up !!

You are all pretty girls here , we don't want your beauty to fade easily do we ? One of the mentors snickered and bursted into a fit of laughter ,

They are annoying ,

One by one , everyone performed and tried to impress the three ladies who were on their feet assessing everyone as they walked,

I took my time looking at this huge room , it was very clean but was piled up with clothes here and there , very light and of many women's liking judging with the rich colours that they used ,

Minutes later , I joined the others when we were instructed to row up in one line and do the same which annoyed not just me but also the others too , but we had no say into this and carried on practising,

Hours later , everyone was exhausted , we sat on the same room  talking and blabbering as the three weird women left the room for us to exercise on our own ,

" The irony "

I wanted to roll my eyes but couldn't help but think that would even get me in trouble , i can't just trust easily everyone around me and not to be sceptical about them ,

Weird glances have been thrown by each and everyone of us around each other , as if we were spying on one another and it just made me feel so sad , This isn't the life that I would like to live in. 

Full of fear , and unreasonable dumb things to do , as I was clouded in my thoughts I couldn't acknowledge the three women that returned again until a harsh smack on my back brought me out ,

I yelped and screamed from the impact but managed to stay  mute when the two women gawked at me like a hwak dating me to say another thing ,

Standing up ,  I looked at everyone who bowed their heads lined up as I was the only one left on the floor , I was surprised as I thought these girls would have notified me too of their arrival , but alas !

I .. I am sorry , I muttured petrified of what to come and stayed on my knees as my face was slightly bent ,

And what makes you think , you are entitled in day dreaming and not working with the others ? One if them asks making me gulp ,

I .. I am sorry I.. I won't do it again, I stuttired the words out as I kept my eyes on the floor .

You hav no right to talk on my fucking face !!! Oh I forgot you are to be a harlot ... And that makes you act the way you are ,I wouldn't be surprised if you easily claim your title earlier than the others . she spat out venomously making me shiverfrom her words ,

I couldn't understand most of the things she said , but I wasn't foool that she talked about belittling me and humiliating me infront of the others but outside too ,

Now stand up and don't you dare say a word to me without my permission ! Do you hear me ? I caught my breath as she spoke and pointed my chin with a long black wooden stick .

'' what did I get myself into , ?"

Oh you will fund out soon, One of the other women who were there answered my open murmured out thoughts with not just words but a beating on my back again which made me whimper from the pain and impact .

I was totally embarrassed ,

Stand the fuck up !! She yelled on my face as I gulped down trying to control the tears from getting over me .

I heard the other girls giggling which made me grit my teeth out of anger and but my lip trying to control myself from snapping at them.

They are what I didn't expect , and then o remembered something ! '' We are just slaves and everyone here is just fighting their chances to survive and live this madness of a world ,

Everyone wants to survive , please don't blame them  . my subconscious reminded me . I further went on the back of  where the girls were standing and opted to just be there for the time being.

Now , I am pretty sure you have learnt a lesson or two and I expect you girls to listen to me very well ,

This is not your home , this life you are living is not yours ! I want you to keep that in mind , D.. Don't you dare I mean it , don't you dare act like you own this place because we are going to make sure to put you on your place as you are supposed to be ,

Your souls are on our hands , and if anything happens to any of you that means we are the ones who have pushed it to happen , do not complain of anything that you see , feel or get in here . you are all like  pigs in our eyes , it does not matter what type of skin colour you perceive , As long as you are not from our type of people you guys have nothing to say in  anything that will happen to you , after all you are even privileged to see the palace itself ,

" And they all bursted laughing like maniacs ,''

I am telling you, crazy isn't the word to  paint this people , they are more than that and it's disturbing .

I could feel the tension inside the room from the other girls  , I could feel the heavy air that overpowered us all . This is what fear looks like , my subconscious says to me but I was compelled to think otherwise .

I will not die in here , and especially under  these three cruel women , I promised myself as I angrily watched them with a side eye .
Yes , they were pretty but in terms of hearts , they were no different from their pack of army that looted our lives like we were animals , The hate that I feel for these people !

Now ... Where were we ? Oh yea .. I forgot to tell you girls tomorrow you will be presented to the banquet to serve the men  since you still have a long way to train  and be the best from all the harem chambers .
