The Way Home

After that incident in the forest, the Exorcists decided not to wait around anymore and brought the both of them to The Dark Order.

On the way back, Lenalee, having heard from Akami that Sakura was in a forest, asked her, "Hey Sakura? What were you doing in that forest?"

Sakura frozed, wondering who told her that. Her head turned to see Akami with her head down in shame for revealing that. "Oh it's ok Akami, I don't mind" She lied. But it did not work on Akami, seeing her head was still down.

When they reached the mountain where the Dark Order HQ was, Akami gaped. "We're climbing that?! No way, absolutley no way!" She yelled, backing up.

Lavi just laughed and said, " no of course not! There's an elevator that will bring us up there in the mountain!" He looked at Allen,who was silently pleading him not to tell the girls what he did. But did Lavi care? No. "Allen here, however, climbed it." Lavi said. The two girls stared at the white-haired boy who's face was turning more red by the second.

Gaping at him Sakura said " Really? Wow....I could never do that...I don't think anyway...." Trying to reassure him it worked as he looked at her and smiled rubbing the back of his head.

Reaching the top of the mountain, Both girls finally got to see the Dark Order the Exorcists were talking about.

"It looks like a mansion and a castle combined..." Akami thought in wonder.

Suddenly a huge face appeared in front of them. "Scanning for Akuma!" It said then stopped on Sakura and screamed. " AHHH A-AKUMA!!!! SHE H-HAS A M-MOON ON HER BACK!!! "

" Huh?....how did you know!? " Alarmed, Sakura pulled out a red dagger jumping up onto the face. " DO I LOOK LIKE AN AKUMA TO YOU?! HUH?! "

" Easy Sakura! Don't worry it's just a misunderstanding! It happened to me too! " Allen shouted up a Sakura who was ready to stab the eyes out of the face.

With a strong kick Lenalee kicked the face and shouted. " OPEN UP!! NOW! "

Sakura jumped down and scoffed crossing her arms looking away her long hair blowing in the wind.

Allen saw Sakura's back as the wind moved it showing a glimpse of the moon the gatekeeper was speaking of as the wind stopped letting her hair down. The gate opened and they walked in.

"What was that?!" Akami yelled once they got inside.

"It's the Gatekeeper. It scans for Akuma. I got thought as one for the pentagon on my scar..." Allen replied calmly, pointing to his scar.

"Oh..."

Sakura met Allen's eyes only for a moment before she broke the gaze.

"Welcome back Lenalee-chan~! Oh and I see you brought back the new Exorcists?" A black-haired man said while hugging Lenalee.

"Sakura, Akami. This is my brother and Head Supervisor, Komui Lee." Lenalee introduced them.

"Hi..." Both girls said nervously.

"Hi! Oh and what type of Innocence do you have?" Komui asked all the sudden.

"Erm...Lenalee said something about me being a Parisitic type..." Akami trailed off. "We don't know about Sakura's though"

"Well, then come here Akami, we need to check on that weapon of yours." Komui said, leading her to a white room.

"Poor girl, she's gonna suffer..." Was the last thing Akami heard before entering the room.

"Now Akami-chan! Can you activate your Innocence to show me?" Komui asked once she shut the door.

"Sure!" Akami said, having learned from Lenalee how to properly activate it.

As the two blades shot out of her wrist, Komui inspected them. "Wow, very good. Anyways I see nothing wrong with it, so now we can go out of the room."

As Akami stepped out of the room, she was bombarded with questions.

"Woah guys chill!" Akami said, wondering what they were talking about.

"He didn't experiment on you?! Because we didn't hear any screams..." Allen said.

"No he didn-" She got cut off however when Allen cried out, "No fair! Komui favours girls!"

"Huh? Why?" Sakura spoke up.

"When I first got here, he experimented on me. The screams from me can be heard throughout the Dark Order. Krowly got the same treatment too!"

Before she could say anything, Komui shouted out from down the hallway. "Hey! Are you coming or not?"

"Coming!" They all shouted and ran after him, except Kanda who just 'Che'd and walked off.

" I don't like that guy.... " Sakura whispered to Akami, who only nodded.

As they were walking, Sakura had daydreamed as they were walking. She remembered her dream which triggered her anger, causing her to fall to her knees in pain.

" GET OUT OF MY HEAD!! " Sakura screamed while in pain.

" SAKURA! Shh! Calm its ok...shh its ok...your safe. " Akami knelt beside her attempting to calm her.

" Hey! Whats wrong!? " Komui ran back looking at Sakura.

" GET.........AWAY! " Sakura's innocence activated on its own and transformed Sakura into a raging wolf throwing Akami back.

" So.....THAT'S her innocence!? " Lavi asked with disbelief.

" NOW IS NOT THE TIME! " Lenalee shouted at them and ran over trying to help but only to get kicked back.

Akami activated her innocence and attacked making oke of her blades cut Sakura's leg while the other slashed her side. Sakura let out a scream turning back to normal and collapsed drained of energy.
