They were walking next to each other. It was a sunny autumn day and the leaves were swaying all around them in the wind. She tugged her hair behind her ear and smiled as he walked next to her, hands tucked into the pockets of his pants, telling her his stories.
They loved each other. There was no doubt about it.
He ran his hand through his dark brown hair and then straightened the pair of black glasses on the bridge of his nose. She loved it when he did that.
He took her hand and intertwined their fingers keeping his other hand tucked in the depths of his pocket. She smiled. He smiled.
They loved each other and they knew it. They didn't have to say it out loud to know it. And Everything was perfect.
She rapidly blinked as she was awoken by her alarm going of. It had just been another dream. Nothing could ever be that perfect. Or could it?
Now she was back. Back in reality. Back in her life. But away from him.
