"Merry Christmas, mon coeur." Sara felt his lips trailing up her neck, pressing soft kisses to her cheek. She stirred in her sleep, turning to her back when she started to wake up. Charles looked at her sleepy face with a smile, watching her rub her tired eyes as his hand moved over her stomach, slipping under the shirt she was sleeping in, till it met her waist. "Feliz Navidad," she spoke, her fingers trailing up his arm, gliding over the veins that ran under his skin. "Do you want to open your presents?" he asked, making her lean up on her elbows. "Presents? I thought we agreed on not getting each other anything," Sara said, making him cradle her closer. "I know, but you know that I love to spoil you," Charles replied. "Haven't noticed so far, but okay," she muttered playfully, making him poke his fingers into her sides, and she cried out with laughter as he continued to tickle her. "Alright, alright," she grabbed onto his hands to push them away. "It's nothing special, but I'm sure you'll love it. I'll make sure the kitchen staff is working on breakfast, meanwhile," he said. "Is your mom joining us?" Sara asked. "No, she left to visit my oldest brother, she'll be back for dinner tonight," Charles informed, making her nod.
He moved some of her hair out of her face before leaning down and kissing her lips. "Come on, let's head downstairs," Charles said, swinging his legs over the edge of the bed and reaching for a pair of sweats. He slipped them on while she got out of bed too. He went down first while Sara was getting dressed, and he went into the kitchen. "Good morning, Mr. Leclerc," Gisele spoke, her head nodding as a simple bow. "Merry Christmas, Gisele. We want a big breakfast today, anything Christmas you can think of, lots of sweetness, Sara loves it," he spoke. "Of course, sir. I know she does," Gisele giggled. "Thank you," Charles smiled. "Some coffee now? Or hot chocolate?" Gisele asked. "Coffee for me, but bring the hot chocolate for Sara, please," he ordered. They went to work while Charles headed into the living room, where the large Christmas tree was lighting up the room. Sara followed him into the living room, sitting down on the couch and gladly receiving her hot chocolate from Gisele not much later. "I feel really guilty I didn't get you anything," Sara groaned, but Charles shook his head. "It's alright, don't worry. As I said, I got you nothing special," he said, handing her a small box.
"I hope your definition of nothing special is the same as mine, then," she muttered with a chuckle, unwrapping the paper from the box. It was a jewelry box. She opened it, finding an adorable little bracelet with his initials on it. "Ahw, I love this. Bold of you to assume I like you this much, though," she said, making him chuckle and roll his eyes at her. "Put it on me?" she asked, holding out her wrist. Charles picked up the thin, golden bracelet and put it around her wrist. "Thank you," she smiled, moving into his lap to kiss his cheek. "I have another present," he announced, taking his phone out of his pocket, and moving to his gallery. "Our sex tape?" she asked, causing Gisele to nearly choke on her saliva when she came in to collect the cups. "Sorry," Sara told the waitress, who giggled and left the living room with red cheeks. He clicked on a video, letting it play. It showed a man on a large yacht that was docked at a pier somewhere.
"Dear Mr and Mrs. Leclerc. We are very delighted to tell you this amazing vessel is yours! Docked and insured at the port of Santorini, you will always have an escape to beautiful Greece and emerge yourself in the beautiful waters." The video showed a tour through the yacht, which had six cabins, a beautiful sundeck, a large bridge deck aft, and a stunning dining room. "We are currently on a maintenance voyage to make sure everything is alright with the vessel, and we have not missed anything during the checkup. We will see you on May 25!" The video ended there. "Wait, you bought that thing?" Sara asked, not sure if she all understood it correctly. "Yes, I bought that thing, Sara," Charles chuckled. "Oh my god, you're kidding me," she said, getting up from his lap. "No, I'm not," he laughed. "That's not 'nothing special'!" she exclaimed, putting her hands in her sides before reaching for his face and pulling him up to kiss her. "I can't believe you did that," she muttered, feeling his arm slipping around her to pull her into his lap again. "We're together for barely three months, and you bought us a yacht worth a fortune," she shook her head. "Hey, if we ever get divorced, it's on my name, so I thought of it for the long term," Charles said, making her slap his chest with a laugh.
