Sara moved her hand over her body as she slowly started to wake up. She blinked slowly, sighing deeply and looking in front of her, discovering Charles in front of the window, leaned against the wall as he watched the city beneath him. He was shirtless, a pair of sweats hanging low on his hips. His hair was still as messy as how she left it last night. Sara looked at him for a while, his arms were crossed over his chest, his eyes gliding over the scene of Monte Carlo in the morning that the window offered. "Are you going to come back to bed?" Sara asked, her voice causing him to turn his head and watch her, a smile curling his lips. She looked like a goddess with the white sheets draped half over her, bits of her naked skin visible to his eyes, her eyes still sleepy and her hair probably as messy as his. "Of course, my love," Charles replied, pushing off the wall and making his way to her, crawling into the bed to pull her into his embrace. Sara smiled at him, her limbs curling around him as his hand glided down her spine to the small of her back. Sara cupped his cheeks in her hands to bring his lips down to hers, her palms smoothing down his chest soon enough.

"How was your first night in our new penthouse?" Charles asked, his fingers tracing softly up and down her spine, causing the goosebumps to raise upon her skin. "Perfect," Sara replied. "I thought the same," Charles agreed. "What time is it?" Sara asked. "Just a little after ten," he answered. "Don't you have work?" she asked then, leaning up on her elbow to look at him. "I took another day off," Charles shrugged. Sara rose her eyebrows at him in a playful way. "Oh, really," she said. "So, I have you to myself the whole day?" She hummed, pushing herself up to straddle him. "I guess you do," Charles grinned, his hands gliding over her skin. His thumb lingered on the scar on her body. He kept touching it ever since it had healed, moving his fingers over the piece of damaged skin that recalled so many bad things, but also formed a new phase of their relationship. Charles sat up to press his lips to her skin, kissing her collarbones and the swell of her cleavage. He slowly turned them around again, placing her underneath him on the bed as he captured her lips between his. "Stay in bed, baby. I'm going to make sure breakfast will be ready in a bit, alright?" Charles said.

Sara nodded, accepting the kiss he pressed to her cheek before he got up. She curled up into the sheets again, watching him make his way down the stairs. She closed her eyes, feeling sleepy enough to doze off again right away. Sara faintly heard the kitchen staff starting on the breakfast, the table being made. It felt like it was only five minutes, but Charles woke her up again twenty minutes later, the smell of freshly baked bread and sweet pancakes filled the penthouse. "Breakfast is ready," Charles muttered, his hand gliding down her arm, and he kissed her shoulder from behind. "Get dressed, chérie," he told her, and Sara groaned, but she got up, reaching into her drawer for a pair of panties and her sweats, swinging a sweater over her head to cover up her naked body. She pushed her feet into some fluffy slippers, making her way downstairs to join Charles at the table. A caramel macchiato was ready for her, and she sat down with a smile, moving her hair over her shoulders and then reaching for the cup to take a sip of her coffee. "I have something for you," Charles spoke up, reaching for a big bag with a Prada label on it. "Ooh," Sara said, gnawing at her bottom lip.

Charles loved spoiling her, and she loved being spoiled. Perfect. "I figured you could use some extras for during the housewarming party," Charles said, handing her the bag. "Thank you, baby," Sara smiled. She opened the bag to see multiple boxes being in there. She started with the largest one, putting it on the table and undoing the surrounding ribbon. Sara took the lid off the box, seeing the stunning Prada Cleo bag in gold, the glitters looking absolutely beautiful. "Did you know I had my eyes on this one?" she asked with a smile. "I didn't, but it makes perfect sense," Charles chuckled. Sara took the bag out of the box, holding it up and sighing at how pretty it was. She put it back and reached for a smaller box. Charles watched her unbox the golden chain bracelet, which was a part of the eternal gold jewelry collection Prada had launched. He also got her the matching necklace and earrings, sure they would look beautiful on her. The corners of her mouth were aching from how much she was smiling, the beauty of the jewelry taking her breath away. "Thank you so much, Charles," Sara cupped his cheeks and pecked his lips. "Anything for you," Charles caressed her face.
