peter smiles down at eleven, a young girl around the age of five.
you step over with a warm smile, "you must have been tired"
"i'm sorry, am i.. in trouble"
you smile comfortingly.
"trouble? no"
"why would you think that, eleven, sunshine?" you smile confusedly.
peter nods, "you're just missing out on all the fun"
at least that's what the children thought.
the children thought the rainbow room, which included numerous puzzles and activities, was a safe haven. a fun place.
to you, it looked more of a torture chamber.
"training starts any minute now" peter smiles.
"okay" eleven says timidly.
you crouch down to her level, ruffling her buzz-cut.
