The Letter

Ratliffs POV
we recieved two letters. One from my mom, one from stormie. I'm walking out of the post office, I haven't read them yet but I hope they bring good information. rydel can't handle anymore stress. I open the car door and hand her the letters.
"read stormies out loud." I said.
"okay," she opened it up, "okay uh, Dear Ratliff, and Rydel,
I miss and love you guys. and I know what's going on. I went through the same thing and I get it. we stopped the search for you guys, so I hope I'm right and I know what's going on. I didn't tell your brothers about the note but I did tell them that I, with my maternal wisdom, know what's up. I hope you guys are doing okay, and I put 200$ in the envelope, maybe that can help. but anyway. I know Ross is there, wherever you are. of course I'm not looking for you but maybe you can keep in contact. I know it's wrong to not include your bothers, because they're worried too, but atleast talk to me and Ratliffs mom, cuz were concerned. thanks. I love you guys. -Stormie."
rydel was tearing up. I hugged her.
"she knows. " I knew her tears weren't sad, they were happy.
"I know" I also, tearing up, while smiling. I pull her into a hug. when she let go, she said, "do you want me to read your moms too?"
I said, "sure"
"okay,
Dear, Ratliff and Rydel,
I'm glad to hear you guys are together. I just wish if you guys were having a problem, you would've come to stormie or I . but I'm just glad you're okay. I know what's going on, and I'm glad you're safe. Rydel, I love you likemy own daughter, please take care of ellington." she stopped reading and giggled. I laughed too, and she continued, "please be safe, and come home or talk to us soon. love you guys. "
"wow" i said.
"yeah." she said.
"this went a lot better than I thought." I said.
"haha yeah." she wiped her eyes, "so what now?"
"I say we write them In a few weeks. or maybe now, and ask if She'd be mad if Ross stayed with us for the rest of the summer." (it's June 20th rn btw)
"okay that sounds good. "
"okay." I take a deep breath, "well now that that is over with, let's go to the beach.

Ross' POV
gosh I really like Maia. like I know I've only known her for a week and a half, but I feel like I know her so well. i went with her to audition for the new Disney movie called "Teen Beach Movie". we both want lead parts, and getting it will give me a chance to live here, and spend time with her. I didn't want to tell rydel so I just told her it was a date. but yeah, I hope I got it. I know the director because he works on A&A, so I walked in there being very welcomed. I think I got it.
