Rydels POV
I was woken up by ratliff yelling at Ross, to not wake me up.. kinda defeated the point haha but awh.
"stop all the yelling, Rydels sleeping."
then I heard an Australian voice saying, "were sorry Ellington."
Maia's here! :)
I get up and walk out of my room,
"good morning gorgeous" ell says while giving Ross a look. Ross giggled and said, "'morning raggedy Anne."
I touched my hair, woah. I laughed and said, "shut up"
"hey let's all be nice," ell said, "and you're glowing Delly."
I kissed him. Ross said "come on guys."
ratliff laughed, grabbed his own hat, and put it in front of our faces. we soon stopped, and ratliff said, "so I hope you don't mind but Ross and I are going shopping today, just for some random stuff, and Maia here" points at her and she giggled, "wanted to take you out to lunch. so sound good?"
"oh okay cool. sounds good."
"but before you go do something with that hair." Ross said, I gently slapped him on the arm, and then he laughed more. him and Maia then went to the living room. ell and I went up the stairs. I changed quickly into a blue tank top, with white shorts, did a subtle makeup look, and yes, did my hair. we both walked downstairs hand in hand.
"so you guys ready?" ratliff said.
"yep. " said Maia. I quickly kissed ratliff when she quickly kissed Ross and we all separated. Maia and I jumped into her jeep, Ross and Ratliff in the convertible that was borrowed from Drake.
"so where are we going for lunch?" I asked.
"we're not. I'm really sorry and I hope you don't mind but I need to run into to a quick audition thing. I just need to go in to get some news, and possibly a script. I hope you don't mind."
"no of course not." I said with a smile.
"okay thankyou."
we drove until we got to a studio. we both ran inside and sat in some waiting chairs for a while. until I saw someone unexpected outside the window. Riker?! I notice him outside, talking to Ross and ratliff. what the hell is going on here? they all were about to come inside, so I informed Maia. she said, "oh no, Ross can't know I'm here. "
"why not what's going on?"
"we both auditioned for a role in a new movie, I got the part, he didn't, and he was bummed so I told him I wouldn't do it, but I really wanted to, so I've been sneaking here."
"oh. wait but why is riker here?"
"who's riker?"
"my brother."
"oh yeah, Ross ran into him here the other day, apparently they both were competing for the part, Ross was mad wen he bumped into him here awhile ago, because riker isn't supposed to be here, because of you. ohhhh wait, okay we have to go. now."
"yeah. we both ran out the side door, when riker and Ross came in the front door. I decided to call ratliff over from his car across the parking lot, while Maia went to the car. "what the hell is going on here."
"what are you doing here?" he asked.
"I was just about to ask you that. why is riker here?!"
"don't worry, he doesn't know you're here. we told him you've been staying with Lori in New York. he misses you a lot by the way. oh and uh small problem, I was going to discuss with you as soon as you got back from lunch, but riker kinda needs a place to stay for a while.. so."
"you didn't offer him to stay at our house did you?!"
"I'm sorry babe. he's my bestfriend."
"he's my brother, but still. "
"I'm sorry. " he said sympathetically
"it's okay. but can you atleast answer me this, what are you all doing here?"
"well apparently Ross got a role in Teen Beach Movie, and Riker is his understudy, but Maia didn't get a part so Ross told her he wasn't doing it."
"wait wait no that's what we were doing here. Maia got a role and Ross didnt."
"well i don't know maybe Maia got the role, and said she "quit", then they changed their minds, and also hired Ross, and because he thought she quit, he "quit". " ratliff guessed.
"yeah you're right. well how do we solve this?" I questioned.
"hmm well how about we pretend we don't know the other side of each story, and let it play out. as long as no one gets hurt."
"okay sounds good." I looked around to see Maia waving at me to come to the car, "well I better go." I giggled and leaned in to kiss him. next thing I know, riker is yelling
"DELLY?!"
I turned around. he ran up and hugged me and then looked at my stomach, looked at Ross, and then at rydel.
Maia runs up, and Ross & her exchange looks. riker then tackles ratliff. ratliff hits him, not nearly as hard at riker was hitting him though, and pins his arms down.
"get off of me. you all fucking lie to me all the time. and now she's pregnant and you're to blame." I walk up and help ellington up and push back riker, "stop Rike plz. I'm sorry. can we all discuss this like adults please. jeez I get you're trying to be a good brother, but beating up Rat is not going to solve anything. please let's just all go home.
Maia pulls Rikers arms and they both go to her jeep, I stay by ratliff and touch his face where it's bleeding, "oh my god ratliff."
"I'm okay."
"no you're not. I'm sorry. "
"don't be sorry. " he hugged me, "I'm sorry."
"no it's all my fault." I started crying and saying, "I was the one who decided to get drunk, I was the one who got you drunk, I was the one who caused you this stress and caused you to leave everything you have, and now were here, and my brothers are going to kill you, and.."
he stopped me by kissing me, "no stop I wouldn't want my life any other way right now. Rydel Mary Lynch, I love you."
I just half smiled, "I love you too."
"now let's go home and get this cleaned up."
"wait no I can't, I still need to go shopping."
"your face is bleeding ell."
"it's important."
"fine. You go get Ross, I'll take Maia and riker home, well chill and make some lunch, and you go shop with Ross. but be home soon, please."
"okay I will I promise" he pecked my lips, and yelled Ross' name while walking towards his car. I walked back to Maia, sitting in the drivers seat calmly, and Riker, laying in the back seat partially crying and punching the seat.
"okay let's go home guys."
riker just gave me the dirtiest look.
