Chapter 24

The day before Christmas was Wednesday. When the basketball game between University A and Polytechnic College would be started at 10 am.

The match between these two campuses has started to attract attention half a month ago, so even though the match hadn't started yet, the indoor basketball court at University A was already filled with a sea of people.

Lisa had a slightly cold these past two days, she didn't feel well. She woke up at 9 am this morning.

She barely got out of her bed, when her cell phone was ringing.

She answered the phone, her voice a little hoarse, "Kookie".

At the other side of the phone, as soon as Jungkook heard her voice, he frowned. He asked anxiously, "Are you still not feeling well?"

Lisa tried to normalize her voice while shaking her head. "No, I just woke up. My throat is a little dry".

Jungkook said, "Don't come to the game. You rest well at the room. As soon as the match finished, I'll take you to the hospital for injection".

"No. I'm walking out of the dorm now" Lisa said as she threw away her blanket and tried to get out of the bed.

It was almost the end of December, the weather was getting colder. A few days ago Lisa kicked off her blanket away and she caught a cold immediately.

Jungkook was worried about her, adding "The wind is very strong outside. You really don't have to come here, just wait for me at the dormitory".

Lisa got out of the bed, took a tissue and wiped her nose silently. Her voice was pitiful, very obedient, "I'll dress more heavily".

Jungkook was going to play in a match, it was something very important, she naturally has to go.

Jungkook tried to persuade her for a long time but to no avail. Finally, he could only tell her repeatedly, "Then, you wear a jacket. Put on the scarves and hat. And don't forget the gloves. Don't get cold".

"Jungkook, you are so nagging" Lisa pressed her nose and laughing in muffled voice.

"Who told you to worry me so much" Jungkook raised his hand to rub his temples, then added, "When you arrive, go to the back area first. I've told them, so you just have to come in".

Although Lisa complained about how nagging Jungkook was, she still listened to his words obediently. She covered herself tightly, she had thermal underwear, a sweater jackers, three-layer of trousers, and made herself wrapped tightly.

Jennie saw Lisa wearing so many clothes, her face was surprised, "Lili, aren't you wearing too much this time?"

Before the cold, Lisa only wore one layer of pants, jacket, and sweater, and she was able to leave the dorm to withstand the wind storm. Just a few days passed, and she wrapped up like a penguin.

Lisa pulled out another sheet of paper towel and blew her nose, then said, "I have a cold. If I use only a little like before. Kookie will definitely scold me".

Chaeyoung couldn't help laughing, "Lili, your tail has really been grabbed by Jungkook".

When Lisa and her dorm mates got to the basketball court, the seats were already filled with people.

Since Jungkook had informed them before, as soon as they got the match venue, they went straight to the back area.

Jungkook was discussing tactics with his teammates, Jimin suddenly patted him briefly. "Lisa is here".

Jungkook turned around, he saw Lisa who was standing in front of the door holding Chaeyoung's arm.

Lisa saw that Jungkook had seen her, her eyes arched and smiled immediately.
