"I'll go get more booze"
"Yeah, whatever"
"Learn to say 'thanks,' ok?" Perry said, already accustomed to Vee's 'I don't care' attitude. He walked to the bar.Vee sat quietly on her chair and looked up the stage, she was starting to feel a little tipsy after rounds of alcohol. She suddenly stood up and walked towards the stage.
"Alright... waoow... go get 'em"
Noise filled the bar as people cheered on but she could not hear any of it. She walked directly to the karaoke machine and picked a song, the stage light too bright to allow her see a thing. She picked a random song -suicide by James Arthur.
Perry went back to the table, holding two bottles of booze and found it empty. He suddenly heard the karaoke machine and Vee's voice. He looked up and saw her standing on the stage, screaming her lungs out. He slaps himself in the face "oh no, she's really drunk this time, I over did it" he sighed and just slumped in the chair.
He looks to the side and saw a girl, "Hi, I'm Perry"
The girl blushed hard, took his hand and pulled him out of the bar. That was easy. Perry thought.
Vee stood on the stage, straining her voice, trying to please the crowd but they all seem to be covering their ears and yelling at her to get off the stage. She suddenly saw a familiar face but he immediately turn and started leaving the bar.
She couldn't tell if it was the alcohol or it was really him. If it was...
No, she couldn't stay here and watch him leave. She bolted off the stage, throwing the mic and creating more irritating sounds.
She felt dizzy, really dizzy, but she had to know...
She got to where he was, tapped him and
BAM!
She fell to the ground. She was out cold.Where was Perry? Who was that person? These questions flooded her mind as she closed her eyes.
