Later that week, Ash was in the library, looking at magic books, trying to find anything to help with Lillie's curse. He checked in with Acerola, and other magic book specialists, but no matter who he talked to, he couldn't find a single thing that helped him out. Since it was a Saturday, he was mainly free for the day, but Lillie actually called Ash earlier to tell him she was sick, so hanging out was out of the question, not like her sister would allow it anyways. He suddenly got a call from guy, who seemed to be a Sand Storm theme person, he was a professional digger, and wanted to battle the Champion, Pikachu wanted to battle, but Ash told him to set this out, and used Gengar, Lucario, Dragonite, and Melmetal to battle the digger, and won the 4 v 6!

After that, Ash was walking down Route 5 of Alola, when he overheard his sister's voice, talking with Rex. He was about to say hello, but he heard her say something.

"So, what should we do?" Alice sighed, "Lillie's just gonna torture her, she changed into a cruel, toxic, heartless girlfriend ever since she became a teen! It disgusts me!"

"Same," Rex agreed, "she's just a heartless jerk now!" Suddenly, they felt a burning Aura, filled with anger, and noticed Ash clenching his fists! "Ash, what's wrong?" Alice exclaimed, upset.

"You're bad mouthing my girlfriend!" Ash shouted, in a blind rage, "Do you know how much she goes through?! NO!" Ash was beyond mad as Pikachu growled at them with rage! "PIKA! (HOW DARE YOU!)" Pikachu yelled with rage! Alice's Eevee and Rex's Pupitar were ready to battle, only for Pikachu to knock them down with Iron Tail with ease!

"Ash, Pikachu, listen to us!" Alice pleaded, "She's been torturing you, just leave her!" Ash punched the tree they were next to, leaving a dent. "SHE'S SUCH A NICE GIRL!!!" Ash shouted, "YOU DON'T KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT HER!!!" He leaves with Ash, glaring at her, with a mad look. "Welp, Lillie's totally manipulating her...seems like this brat needs a lesson." Rex sighed, as Alice nodded.

"Agreed, I will really show her to never use my brother..." Alice growled, as Eevee and Larvitar nodded with rage.

They started plotting to get Lillie, and at night, Lillie finally recovered and was better, so she went to visit Ash at their meeting spot, when suddenly, she felt a hand touch her shoulder, and get dragged onto the ground! "EEK!" Lillie screamed as Snowy tried to attack, only to get knocked out by a Larvitar and Eevee, "SNOWY!!!" She struggled before seeing two figures, who were looking at her, with an angry face.

Ash was waiting under the tree, concerned why Lillie was late, when he saw a familiar face that he hadn't seen since Ash was 12.

"Brother?!" Ash gasped.
