A dream hoped to never wake
Blissfully basking in the essence
The clarity of solitude's sake
There was no grasping such fluorescence

Creating this transcendent world to never exist
A heart cries tears the eyes no longer can
Following blindly to demise disregard insists
You are more than just a man

A man once a boy
Innocence & love all the same
Inner thoughts so difficult to deploy
But a sweet sensation when you call my name

Does your mind ever cross my path?
Anymore it may seem
With us nothing could last
Such a love can only exist as a gleam

A reflection of a light I long to keep
Although it's nonexistent it's eternal
I long to rid myself of this torture as I weep
But I keep it here in this journal

I remember you on a winter's day calling me
I remember you on a summer's night loving internally
I remember you in autumn falling like leaves
I remember you in spring raining most harmlessly

Will this memory last forever?
Will you ever look back to the past?
Will our answer always be never?
Will trying to find yes always be our task?

It never seems to be the right time
There's never anything we can do
So I'll just end it w. this line
I will always love you..
