Welcome to Orre! You'll get into port before Murph suggests finding somewhere to make the base. It'll take some time, but you'll eventually find yourself out at the Outskirt Stand. The owner will say that this is a very neutral place and that if you help him expand on it, he'll let you make a base.

Here's a suggestive route to take to complete the mission:

Go to Gateon and collect the two Conkeldurr.
Go to Phenac and collect a Cinccino.
Go to Pyrite and collect a Garbodor.
Go to Agate and collect a Roserade and Gastrodon.
Go to the far north and collect a Turtonator.

After you return with these pokemon, the owner will be grateful. He'll get to work, making more room in the diner area and a motel. He'll also work with Murph on the base, which'll be slightly underground for your secrecy's sake.

Afterwards, You and Murph will set up the base. There will be your area (Which has a Savepoint, Charging Port, Bed, Desk, Storage Place, room for something big, A large door that leads outside and Techtable), his area (smaller, but with a similar layout), and then a meeting room for you and others. He'll make sure you understand your new styler before suggesting you to go over and communicate with your officers in Pyrite.

Once you arrive, go to a shack near Duking's house. That should be the Snagger base.

Inside, Wakin will greet you and lead you to get your Snag Machine. He'll let you look at the Purification chamber before you meet him with the person that has your Snag Machine. He'll also give you your PD☆A. You should also meet up with your cousin, who was told by your father to watch after your team.

Your last stop is a shady shack outside town. A guy there will see you are interested in his stock, which are personalized motorbikes. He will give you a deal for the best in his stock; A Motorbike that can work with alterations.

He'll explain some of the features (Team holding, styler/snag machine hider/charger, Partner seat, PC and more). He'll also mention that you can add things (Such as a Remote Purification Chamber). He'll let you take it from him since he needs it out of the way in case the Snaggers try to pin him for helping the Rangers (That don't use his stuff).

Afterwards, you can ride back to base, where your bike can easily fit in your area and not block anything. After you finish settling down, there's just one more thing to do.

You'll need to head for Phenac for the remainder of what you need. There should be a shop that has almost everything you'll need for your Remote Purifier and some other things for your Motorbike. You'll then need to head for Agate to pick up some herbs and such to help with your goal.

Afterwards, head back to the base and build your Remote Purifier. Install it into your Motorbike and you should be all set. All you need is quests and Missions. Good things Cedar was already looking.
