Pokemon World Domination: Savior of Light

Head over to the Lab right away and find Michael, who will be in a coma thanks to the Rangers. Listen to his mother, who will drop hints on a location of where he seemed to be disappearing to. Go check those locations before you find Sven at the 4th.

It shouldn't surprise you that you find Sven back where you found him the first time. You'll find him holding off Rui, who is doing surprisingly well on her own. She'll invite you to either watch or join her before Sven has a panic attack. You can do either or (Joining will lead to him dropping faster, but watching means you can enjoy not being needed and an amazing cutscene afterwards.) He'll let you drag him to the Agate Base before admitting defeat. He won't give the location of the base where Murph is since Michael knew where it was and he had gotten lost. But he will get alerted about his teammate's condition.

Head back to the lab, where Jovi will explain Michael had woken up a little and had given the base's location in fear of your wrath (That's right Michael. Fear the sinner).

Follow Michael's directions to the old Snagem base, where you'll meet up with the Mysterious Admin and Murph. You won't have time to talk to Murph before the battle starts.

Snag the Shadow pokemon and be careful of Infernape (As it's the biggest of the group). Afterwards, the admin will vanish before Murph will weakly call out to you. Get him back to the main base before Wes and Rui join you. Rui had brought Sven so he could join his friends while Wes explains that Michael will join them later. Right now, there was still an Admin and the main boss to find. Rui will take over Murph's place until he's back up, so take the time to do some quest.

Next day, Murph will be up, remarking that he saw both the leader and admin's identities, but his head's still spinning from yesterday. But that's not important as it's time to tear down the final admin.
