Y/n can modify the results from situations and events but it has to affect him directly in any aspect.
He has to be very specific with what he does because it can change the others instead of him.
In this case, he isn't fast enough to arrive early at the crime scene he will be at the same time as the police, doesn't matter if he can't run normally at the same pace as a car he will be at the same time there, but if he had manifested arrive earlier than the police instead of him being faster the police would be slower.
He can use only one effect at the time.
The stronger the effect the more drawback as migraines or even numb  limbs
"I got faster this is good" I kept running. As the police and I arrived we saw what was happening

"Really??? A supermarket robbery?? who the fuck robs a supermarket, well at least they have guns... Wait they have guns? This is bad!!!"
