You pointed your gun at the two, then you shut your eyes tightly and clicked the trigger.
The sound of a gunshot rang through your ears, and you opened your eyes, which had small tears in it as you stared at Dark's body, Laying on the ground.
Mark ran up to you, hugging you and hugging you, as you held onto him, trying to calm yourself down.
A small sigh came out of you, and you pulled away, Mark smiling down at you.
"It's okay, Let's go get Ice cream, I'll make sure to make it up to you for.." He paused as he motioned to the body with a small mischievous grin that you somehow didn't notice. "That."
You smiled softly and nodded, as he took your hand and dragged you away. You took one last glance at the body, a small feeling of guilt forming in you.
You both arrived at the Ice cream station, and a butler popped out, a small forced smile on his face as he greeted the both of you.
"Two please!" Mark said to the Seller as he turned to you, the Seller going back to get some Ice cream. "It's going to be alright. Just enjoy some nice, dairy-based treats."
He continued calming you down as you slowly started getting more comfortable, and started making conversations with him.
After you both sat down, Mark continued talking, and soon ushered you to eat your Ice cream. You smiled at him before turning to your bowl, lifting a hand up to get your spoon, but was interrupted by an ear piercing ringing and a short static.
Your eyes widened and you looked back at.. 'Mark', who was still smiling at you, as he slowly clapped his hands.
"Oops." His grin widened more at your terrified face. "Looks like you made the wrong choice.."
"But now, we're gonna be together."
"FOREVER."
