𝐁𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐥𝐲'𝐬 𝐩𝐨𝐯I was in my room after dropping off Tiffany and I was trying to ignore the banging of my mom on the door. Luna was surprisingly sound asleep in her bed in the corner of my room so I couldn't exactly blast music to blur it out otherwise it would wake her up.
I sat down at my desk leaning my head on my arms before I looked down at my draws questioning if I should see what I have in there. I pushed everything out of the way in order to see the things right at the bottom.
I smiled looking at my old walkman. I got it out flipping it around in my hands a few times before opening it to find my old playlist tape in there.
I turned it on and music started to play. I noticed the song immediately. It was the song that me, Charlie and my dad listened to before he died.

❝Daddy look!❞
5 year old Beverly shouted at her father joyfully who turned to look at her while holding his son's hand.Beverly jumped off the sofa landing on a cushion and sliding across the wooden floor while smiling with her two front teeth missing.
❝Yes Beverly! That's my girl!❞
He said setting down Charlie and picking up Beverly setting her next to her twin.
❝Now soldiers listen up.❞
He said pacing infront of the two who held their hands on their forehead like a soldier and smiled.❝I am about to educate you in some pretty fucking good music.❞
He said waving a tape infront of the twins who looked at eachother laughing.❝Carry on my wayward song.❞
Dan sang jumping up on the sofa using a remote as a microphone as Beverly and Charlie looked at each other recognizing the song.
❝There'll be peace when you are done.❞
The three sang as the twins clambered up to stand next to their dad.❝Put your weary head to rest.❞
The three smiled looking at eachother.
❝Don't you cry no more.❞
They all shouted jumping off the sofa playing air guitars. They were all singing and dancing before Jake and their mom came in.
❝What are you two doing up?❞
She asked walking to the kitchen.
