"So you want to tell me why you left or will you just awkwardly stand there creeping me out that you know how many days and hours since you left me? Why would you keep track anyway? Oh wait let me guess the lucky 5th anniversary is special and you get us locked in a jail cell?!?" I scream.
"Shut up Dan." Phil mumbles.
"Then tell me, tell me why you picked today, tell me why you left, tell me how you became such a cunt, tell me why your so called friends didn't back you up like your body-guards as usual!" I said.
"Okay oh want the truth here's the fucking truth, I left because when I told you I was bi I meant it and I liked you -a lot- but I knew if you were straight I wouldn't have to ever tell you and I tried my best to hide it with Katherine and stuff but when you told me you liked me to I didn't want to risk our friendship but I just wanted one kiss for you to remember me bye just short and sweet, kind've like an apology y'know and... My so-called friends just wanted me to get them girls because "no one could resist the bi kid" and I chose today because I knew we were going to get arrested and no one backed me up because when I left you they gave me a 5 year sentence so unless I wanted to get beat up everyday I had to hang with them for 5 years and that's why I've been counting."
"Oh." I mumble sadly looking down at my white shoes that look like some blood off of Phil's bloody lip on there, do I quickly look up to see Phil's normal blue sparkly eyes to a dim, teary, almost sad looking eyes.
"Dan, I just want to apologize for everything I've done to you for this 5 years but look you turned out 1,000 times better than me you have real true friends and parents that don't despise you because you've been with the wrong crowd for too long but Dan one more thing..." Phil said softly.
"Yeah?" I say, I've realized that I've been looking at him right in the eye though every word maybe even syllable he's saying but I don't think you really noticed.
"I'm not your fucking mirror so quit staring at me!" Phil said laughing his eyes starting to come back to the sparkly way it was before.
"Hahahahaha, never loose your old ways huh Philly?!?" I said.
I see Phil starts to kind've cringe in then he just lays on the steal bed crying I really don't hear anything else from him that night but I did hear something while he was asleep a brief sentence it was "Come on Danny, Philly wants to be friends again." After I hear that sentence I feel a tear roll down my eye, next thing I know I was asleep, I'm finally in a world that I like, too bad it's not a reality, here it's just a nightmare. Until Phil's in my world dreams are my happy place.

"The guards will be here soon to let us out."

I wake up to see black hair and bright blue eyes in my face it made me jump a little.
"Ugh, what Phil."
"Phil."
"We're still in jail aren't we."
"Uh yeah." Says Phil motioning toward the metal rusted bars that has so much blood on it probably from the same person who got blood on the top bunk.
"Alright boys, we just went through your record and Mr. Howell you're free to go, your guardian is outside waiting for you and-"
"What about me sir?" Phil asked impatiently.
"Ah yes Mr.Lester, you have some reports."
"R-reports? I have no idea what you're talking about officer." Phil says quickly turning pale.
"Yes, reports, such as: 3 D.U.I.'s, 4 unpaid driving tickets, smoking illegal drugs, and getting into multiple fights. I don't know if you know this little boy but these are crimes, and if you do the crime you do the time, Philip Michael Lester, you'll going to juvenile hall."
"But officer." Phil asked.
"Phil what is this all about?" I ask nervously.
"Mr.Howell your parent is waiting I assume you better go now, alright." The officer says, even though I didn't want to leave Phil there was really no choice was there.
"Dan wait-" Phil says.
"Mr.Lester, stop the chit-chat and come with me, I hope you have a good lawyer because we can have you in here for months, alright." (Yes I know these charges call for over years but just go with it.)

I see my mom in the police station and I give her a wave and she just gives me the most disappointing look, it made me upset that my own mother couldn't bare to even look at me right, and even worse that Phil's getting locked up in prison -what if they charge him as an adult- by far this is the worst day EVER!
"Hey mu-"
"Save it Dan, why would you do such an idiotic thing, I don't know but we can't take this lightly." (Haha Déjà Vu)
"I'm sorry mum but Phil w-"
"Phil was bullying you yes I know but you were at a pizza place after a band gig for fucks sack Dan. You should've told an adult not beat the living shit out of him. When you're by Phil you're always in trouble. Dan just get in the car and when we get back I'm taking everything except your phone away but I already deleted all your apps and contacts except for mine and your dad's so don't try to sneak anything but when we decide what to really do with you you can get your privileges back. My mum says harshly.
My mom was smart but my friends could still text me and when we wants my phone I can just delete their contact, my mom was smart but not smart enough, and maybe being with Phil wasn't so great but I had a plan to get him back.
