"When I finally sit down for I guess dinner I stop hearing the noise of my ankle-cuffs while I walk to the cafeteria. It's been almost 2 weeks here and I'm not anyone's bitch yet so that's nice, I have a cell with a 13 year old that's scared out of his mind. Oh yeah but what's the bad thing? My lawyer sucks and I'm in her for another 2 weeks! I always thought that home was a hell hole but this...this is shit. But I do look pretty hot on my mug shots not gunna lie, even a 27 year old cop "accidentally" slapped my butt. It was worth it though because she let me talk to Dan even thought he's under aged and didn't have an adult with him. I never realised how much he grew up but yet staid the same through 5 years and again I was told in the court 'Do I Swear to tell the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth?' and I know the truth is Dan is probably the most handsome guy in London maybe even the whole United Kingdom.

DAN POV
At Louise's house after school.
"Dan, come on eat up." Louise says motioning towards my food.
"I don't think I'm really that hungry at the moment but thanks for your concern." I say emotionless.
"That's it Dan, it's been 2 weeks, you've lost about 3 pounds, Phil's not in school you guys shared a jail cell Dan, what happened I want every single detail." Louise says sternly.
"Okay well on the day of the fight was the 5th anniversary of when Phil left me."
"You were keeping track?"
"No Phil was."
"Oh, carry on."
"Well he told me why he left."
"Go on."
"Phil said that he started to become friends with him because he liked me but he thought I was straight but when I told him I was gay he didn't want to ruin our friendship so he pretended to like Katherine and hang out with a different crowd the only thing was is they were using him to get girls because he's bi but they don't like bi's or gay's so in order to keep me safe he had to do a 5 year sentence and those 5 years were up."
"But wait Dan I'm confused why would he fight you then?"
"So he could have no distractions and just a private room for us to talk."
"And so why isn't Phil at school?"
"Well the police looked at his record to make sure we aren't criminals or something and Phil had a lot of fines or he just wasn't around to get arrested so they took him and he's in Juvenile Hall until 2 weeks from now."
"Dan how could you keep that secret for so long?"
"I saw him almost everyday." I said blushing.
"Awe Dan, I promise I will keep your secret and will try my best not to laugh at how much of a romance movie this is." Louise chuckled flashing me a toothy grin.
*Honk. Honk.*
"Well that's my ride, I'll see you tomorrow at school yeah."
"Yep."
"Okay bye Louise." I say giving her a small hug.
"Haha. Bye Dan."
