"So, you want to know about...MYSTERY?" Rei turned on the flashlight, the only thing that was lighting up such incredibly dark room with closed windows and turned off switches.
"No I don't want to know about Mr. E!! Nayeon just forcefully dragged me towards this place for no reason!!"
"For the last time Y/N, IT'S MYSTERY NOT MR. E!!!"
"IT SOUNDS COOLER!!"
"NO IT DOESN'T!!"
"You know what, Mr. E does sound way cooler than MYSTERY...I honestly don't even know who decided to come up with a name like that for him." Rei cheekily admitted, as you held a triumphant smile while showing off to Nayeon, who did not appreciate this.
"But as I was saying...If you want to know about Mr. E, you've come to right place!!" Nayeon was seriously not appreciating the fact of you two changing his name.
"Well, what are you waiting for? Spill!!" you were starting to get invested in this, thanks to the mood and the tension Rei was giving to her story.
"Once upon a time, in a land not so far away, lived a mysterious cold guy named...well, no one exactly knows." you were honestly kind of digging Rei's narrating style, as she was telling this not-so-interesting story and turning into something fun.
"The guy never really spoke, even when girls from all over the world tried their best to get his number, he would just walk away without even saying a single word to them." you knew that most of this was exaggerated for the story, (I mean, no way would girls travel all the way to Korea just to get his number!!) which sort of made you laugh, but Nayeon was taking this very seriously.
"Boys hated him, girls tried to get with him...yet he still wouldn't change his grim face!!"
"But that all changed when this girl right here decided to talk to him." she proudly pointed at herself, as both you and Nayeon clapped and cheered in excitement.
"And as I tiptoed my way to his table...I saw something unimaginable."
"What?! Oh my what did you see?!" you jokingly asked, becoming more and more invested into this story.
"I saw him, talking with...A BOY!!"
"A BOY?!" you both screamed unison.
"A BOY!! A BOY THAT I HAD EVER SEEN BEFORE!!!"
"AND THEN I..." she made a long pause, only enticing you and Nayeon more
"And then what?! What happened next?!" Nayeon curiously asked, almost sounding like she was pleading and begging her to continue on with the story.
"I just walked away and went back to the my table." Rei had the audacity to say with a straight face, while the both of you had to blink multiple to times to realize what she just said.
"That's...THAT'S IT?! THAT'S ALL YOU KNOW ABOUT THAT GUY?!" you screamed, wondering if that's really all that people know about him.
"What? You want to know more? Are you perhaps...interested in Mr. E?" Rei gave her a teasing smirk as you kept having a disgusted look on your face.
"What?! I'm not the one who's interested in him!!"
"Ya don't lie!! Nayeon told me all about how you were looking at him at the cafe~~" you gave both of the girls a short glare, realizing that everything that Nayeon did, was just to see if you were interested in him or not and how much you really knew about him.
"You were really obvious you know~~" so now Nayeon was also starting to tease you about your apparent crush on him.
