[y/n and Emma were always close friends but they started to drift away in middle school when they saw each other at Hacketts Emma saw this as an opportunity to get close to them again so she started talking to y/n the second she got the chance fortunately y/n and Emma were partnered up in the same cabin] "hey y/n long time no see" Emma said with excitement in her voice "yeah how have you been" y/n replied "well i have a lot of subscribers since we stopped talking in middle school"she said proudly "oh is that why you stopped talking to me" y/n said teasingly "what... oh... no you got that wrong i Didn't stop hanging out with you because of that I just wanted to figure out some stuff so I stopped hanging out with people" she said with a sorry tone "i'm just messing with you i know you wouldn't stop hanging out with me for dumb reasons like that" she said with an joking tone "oh well what are you doing after you unpack everything" Emma asked "nothing was Probably just gonna go sit by the lake before Mr H makes us do more stuff" y/n replied "mind if i join you?" Emma asked "yeah sure you could tag along" y/n said excitingly
*Time skip to after they unpacked*
"So you ready to head over to the lake" y/n asked "yea just let me put this away real quick" Emma said out of breath
*While they are walking to the lake*
"So I know you probably don't wanna talk about it but why did you stop talking to me in middle school" y/n asked with concern in their voice "ill tell you when we get to the late I think near all the kids is a bad idea to say stuff" she said
*after finally arriving at the lake*
"God it was a long walk here" y/n said "yea considering we just spent an hour or two unpacking" Emma said after finding a god spot to sit down Emma decided to finally speak up "So the reason I didn't talk to you that much in middle school" Emma said with a sad tone "yea i just really wanna know why" y/n said questionably "it was because I was struggling with something about you" Emma said with a serious tone "what do you mean" y/n said confused " i guess there's no point hiding it anymore" Emma said with no hesitation " hiding what" y/n was about to say before Emma placed her lips on y/n's lips after a few minutes Emma stopped " I've liked you since middle school started but i sucked at hiding it so I figured if i ignored you it would've went away" she said with a blush on her face "i like you too Emma I always have I was sad when you stopped talking to me... I thought I did something to make you hate me" y/n said with a sad tone "hey there's nothing you could do to make me hate you" Emma said trying to cheer y/n up " thanks for telling me that Emma it made me feel better about middle school" y/n said happily "so does this mean that we are like.... Official or something" Emma asked " only if you want to" y/n asked "than I guess we are" Emma said before placing a kiss on y/n's cheek
