Chapter 1: Warn

It was a beautiful and peaceful day for Asmeralda. In the castle's library, there were a 16 years old teenager and his yellow dragon friend, Ocho.

Or I should say, a talking dragon.

"Hey Solar! There will be a moon eclipse happen tomorrow. From what I heard, it will be a blood moon eclipse. How about we watch it tomorrow?" - Ocho

"Sure" - Solar

Short and simple. That's what the teenager always said whenever he was busy with his reading. This annoyed Ocho a bit.

"You really need to stop reading books and stay in the library all the time. You will never have a friend if you keep this on" - Ocho

"I already have a friend and that is you, Ocho" - Solar

"Well, I'm happy to hear that but still! You need to make some human friends" - Ocho

Ocho intensionally said the word 'human' like that so that Solar understand clearly what he was trying to say.

"No, thanks. Making friends is just a waste of time. I'd would rather focus on my reading." - Solar

"(Sigh) You're stubborn as ever. Suit yourself." - Ocho

Ocho flew from Solar but then, he stopped. He looked at Solar who was reading his books. He was wearing a black shirt, white pants, his favourite white and gold jacket, his necklace with solar's symbol around his neck and his gold visor that hide his shiny silver eyes.

Ocho knew Solar very well. That bookworm friend of his can never be separated from books and library. However, he also wished Solar will take a break from his reading and go out to make some friends. Some himan friends around his age.

After Ocho flew away from him, Solar continued to read the book he found at the History of Asmeralda's section bookshelf.

'The Prince of The Blood Moon Eclipse: Reverse'

That's the title of the book.

"When the moon turned red, when the light disappeared, then will the prince return.. Wait a minute. When the moon turned red..."

"Hey Solar! There will be a moon eclipse happen tomorrow. From what I heard, it will be a blood moon eclipse. How about we watch it tomorrow?" - Ocho

"No way!" - Solar

Ocho who heard Solar's screamed, quickly flew towards him.

"Are you okay, Solar?" - Ocho

"I'm not okay! Asmeralda is in danger!" - Solar

"H-Huh?" - Ocho

Ocho was confused. Realizing Ocho's reaction, he showdd the book he just read.

"This book says years ago, there was an enemy who wanted to conquer Asmeralda, but the king manage to stop him by turning him into stone." - Solar

"Ok, then what makes you said Asmeralda is in danger?" - Ocho

"Because there was a prophecy saying that the enemy will return! And by looks of it, I'm pretty sure he will return tomorrow, when the blood moon eclipse happen. We need to warn his majesty about this, Ocho. Write the letter please." - Solar

Ocho quickly took a paper and a pen to write Solar's letter to the king. Solar is King Amato's faithful student, so it's prety common for him to send and recieve letters from the king.

Not to mention, dragons have many abilities especially the talking dragons. Talking dragons can send and recieve things using their fire breath. Who knows what coincidence he had to be Solar's dragon friend and personal postdragon.

Even so, Solar didn't know other abilities that Ocho has cuz the dragon never told him before. But he just shrugged it off and thought maybe the dragon wasn't ready to tell him.

"Alright, I'm ready" - Ocho

"Your majesty. I want to aarn you about something important. I found a book at the History of Ameralda's section bookshelf" - Solar

Solar talked while walking and stopped in front of the library's window.

"The Prince of The Blood Moon Eclipse, Reverse. He once tried to conquer Asmeralda but was defeated at the end. However, I found a prophecy about his return. 'When the moon turned red, when the light disappeared, when the darkness gone wild, then will the prince return'. After understanding it more clearly, I concluded that Reverse will return when the blood moon eclipse happen, which is tomorrow. I'm looking forward to your reply. Your faithful student, Solar" - Solar

Ocho wrote every words that Solar said without missing anything. Just like how he always did.

"Done!" - Ocho

"Great! Now, send it to his majesty." - Solar

"Alright" - Ocho

Ocho burned the letter with his blue fire breath. That's how he always send the letters to the king.

"Done. But Solar, don't you think his majesty is busy for tomorrow preparation? I just remembered that tomorrow is 13 March. His majesty always make a party at the castle on that specific date every year, right?" - Ocho

"Now that you mentioned it, yes you're right. But still, I'm sure he will take a little bit of his time to read and reply my letter" - Solar

"How can you be so- " - Ocho

Suddenly, Ocho let out his fire breath and a letter appeared. It's a letter from the king.

"See? I told you he had time for me" - Solar

Ocho opened the letter and read it loudly so that Solar can listened to what was writen on the letter.

"Dear my faithful student, Solar. I acknowledge your intelligence ever since you became my student. Your performance are always impressive. But I think you should take a break from your studies" - Ocho

"WHAT?!" - Solar
