Not only am I jinxed, but so is my family. My dad Is currently on a business trip, but he has his bad luck 'under control.' I
honestly don't think that's possible, but every time I tell them about my bad luck he says, " Jules, eventually you will learn how to keep your bad luck under control, just like me." Honestly, I just think his luck isn't as bad as mine. Whenever he says that last part, "just like me," I can't help but think that he is rubbing it in my face. It sometimes feels like he's saying, "don't worry, your horrific luck will go away. But for now... too bad for you. Maybe you'll be lucky enough to have it go away, like lucky me."
My dad may be the lucky one, but my mom is definitely jinxed. For example, if she tries to put on the microwave, the microwave will probably catch on fire or explode. One time she nearly blew up the entire kitchen when she put a cake in the oven... and then she broke her neck when she was cleaning up the mess. The entire kitchen was covered in chocolate cake batter. Don't even get me started on when she tries to make some new dinner. Let's just say I miss a lot of school.
