Two individuals walk onto the dimmed stage from opposite sides, their faces hidden in the blanket of darkness. Once they reach the middle, a spotlight reveals a man and woman standing side by side.

"Welcome to Walk the Plank," The woman says, stepping forward a bit, "This is the auditorium of our ship, the Minty Magic. For the next two months, 60 passengers will live and train here, hoping to prove their worth as true seafarers and idols. I'm your co-captain, Im Joon."

"I feel like we're forgetting someone, Captain Lee," Joon announces, looking over at the much taller male, "Ah, yes! Our Peter Pans!"

The two hosts simultaneously wave to the camera, smiling as they do so.

"Yes, you!" Jihu says, gesturing once again to the camera, "You will be playing a large role in the well-being of our lovely passengers here on the Minty Magic."

"After each performance, you will be able to choose who you'd like to save from the pirates. Please help save our wonderful and talented trainees, before they're thrown overboard!"

"By going to WTP.com/voting or downloading the official WALK THE PLANK app, you can pick and choose the passengers you want to save, and hopefully help them to be the final one on the boat."

"Okay, that's it!" Joon declares, jumping in excitement, "Are you ready to meet the talented passengers and see their skills in action? Me too. Let's meet them-"

"Wait, do you hear that?" Jihu whispers, crouching down a bit. "I think it's the pirates!"

"Really? We gotta go then! Bye guys, and beware of the pirates!"

And we're officially starting! Welcome to WALK THE PLANK!! I hope you like this format ... most of the chapters will be in the script format that we all know and love, but every once in a while I'll write it in this book format to give you a better idea of the surroundings, facial expressions, etc. THE WEBSITE MENTIONED IS FAKE. DO NOT TRY TO GO TO IT. Also, I'll probably try to minimize the mentions of irl kpop groups in this since we have a lot of fcs from many groups, which is why Savage, originally by aespa, will now be a song by Joon in this universe! I'll probably do this a lot, so just expect it at this point! LET'S GOOOOO!
