~GALAXY P.O.V

We walked down the hallway, looking for a place to practice. I was upfront, leading the group. "I don't think we should use a classroom," I told them before I bumped into someone.

I looked up to see that I had bumped into Flash. I chuckled slightly as I closed my eyes, not noticing the sourer look he gave me. "Sorry, Flash. We really need to stop bumping into each other like this," I told him as I opened my eyes, waiting for him to reply.

He turned to his bandmates. "Uh, you guys hear something?" he snarked, causing Brawly Beats and Ringo to shake their heads. "Uhh-uhh," Brawly muttered in agreement. "Uh, nope." Ringo agreed.

I stared at them confused as I saw my friends look at each other in confusion. I smiled again after a few seconds. "I said, we have to stop-" "There it is again. So annoying," Flash snarked as he looked away from me.

I looked at him with hurt written all over my face. "We were just talking earlier and you were fine. Why are you acting like this? I thought we were... Friends," I told him, waiting a few seconds to say the word friends.

I heard Flash suck in an angry breath before turning to look at him with a glare on his face. "Yeah, and then you decide to come back here just so you can beat me in the Battle of the Bands. I want this, Galaxy, and you're trying to take it from me! Some friend. I can't believe I actually liked you," Flash confessed before he turned away while closing his eyes.

I felt tears brin my eyes as he told me all of this. "You know that's not true! What about-" I was cut off when Applejack set a hand on my shoulder. "Come on, Galaxy. We've got things to do," Applejack told me before she grabbed my arm and led me away from him, as the rest of the girls walked ahead of us.

Applejack let go of my arm and walked ahead of me as Twilight walked in line with me. "You really think you're gonna help them?! Ha! I bet you have no idea what you're even doing!" I heard Flash yell to me.

That was the last straw. After he said that, I broke down in quiet sobs, with tears running down my face. Twilight looked at me in sympathy before she gave me a side hug as we walked away.

~THIRD PERSON P.O.V

Something cleared in Flash's mind as he watched Galaxy walk away with tears rolling down her face. He groaned in pain as he grabbed his head, his friends not noticing. 

"What happened...?" he muttered, confused. The last thing he remembered was walking out of the gym with his bandmates. Brawly Beats turned to Flash. "Nice work, dude!" he complimented him.

Flash looked at him confused. "Wha...?" he muttered. Ringo smirked as he patted his back. "That properly sent her for a loop. We'll have a better chance at winning this thing," Ringo said before he wrapped an arm around Flash.

"But-" "Come on, we need to practice so more," Brawly told him before they walked down the opposite way. Flash felt his heart get heavy as tears appeared in his eyes. He wiped the tear that fell from his eye before wiping his eyes.

Brawly looked at him confused. "You okay, dude?" he asked him. Flash smiled weakly as he looked over at him. "Yeah, just had something in my eyes," he informed him.

Brawly shrugged before he looked away from him.

What they didn't know, was that the Dazzling's watched the whole interaction. Adagio chuckled. "Tears already? For two people? This is only the first round," Adagio commented, causing Aria and Sonata to laugh.

"The next band to take the stage will be Trixie and the Illusions," Principal Celestia announced over the PA. "Better head back. We're supposed to go on after Trixie," Adagio told Aria and Sonata before they walked down the hallway to make their way back to the gym.
