"Absolutely not" she slamed her locker shut making me jump a little and walked away I quickly caught up with her
"What do you mean' Absolutely not'?" I said

"I mean don't talk to me like you my friend when we're enemies!" She sounded so uptight "who said we're enemies?" I laughed a little "I did"
"Well I did and I say we should be friends you where really nice yesterday in the nurses office why so different now?" She stopped at truned to me "because you hair tangled like seriously run a comb throught that mess you're with MY man" she started to walk while I followed

"Actually I'm dating him-"

"And you have poor taste in clothing" I sighed

"First of all yea I didn't have time to because if I did I would be late and you have no right to be talking when yours is in a messy bun it not my fault I have a reason Meanwhile you're just a wannabe y/n you're not the main character I am, second you acting like it a competition and kyoya the prize which he's not so get over it, and finally don't talk about my clothing choice when outside of school you look like a basic white girl off of Pinterest"

She stared at me "you're so rude!" "You started it anyway where do you sit lunch"

"I'm not telling you! Not after you insulted me!" "Again you start it so I'll pretend that never happened but if you won't tell me that okay I'll come and find you" I said walking into a classroom

"See you later!" I smiled

Ava's pov

I thought about what she had said 'who said we're enemies?' I guess talking in the nurses office wasn't that bad but that just because I had no one else to talk to I don't like her

I hate her! The whole class period I kept thinking it over unless she gets down on her knees and begs me to be her friend then I'll say sure

Wait why am I even considering it but would it be that bad? Of course it would be she's dating your man but I barely have any friends and she's just offering her frie dship on a sliver plater! But I have to much pride to let myself give in that easily she need to prove it to me

Y/ns pov

"I think she's nice or was nice it could lead to an amazing ish friendship" I said smiling

"Or it could turn Into something toxic" kyoya looked down at me giving me a worried expression "don't be like that~" I smerked "and! I think she'll leave you alone too"

He held his chin then went back to writing

"Hey!" Ava's jumped and turned quickly "how did you find me?!?" She said

"It's not like you where hidden" I noticed someone next to her looking at me "hi! Wow ava you did tell me you had friends I just assumed you where a loner" I sat down on the other side of the table "is that why you're doing this out of pitty?!"She look ready to pop a blood vessel as rage filled her eyes "of course not I generally want to become you friend" after I said that she calmed down

"Thats where I know you! You're one of those host club members" her friend spoke up"yes" I smiled sweetly at her "I always see you when I go there so I don't know why I just realized heh heh" "oh really?"

"Yes now that I say it out loud it's kinda embarrassing.." she said awkwardly "there's no need to be embarrassed it's fine you're very sweet" "thank you so are you"

Over the following days I sat with them even though ava tried to hide from me but she wasn't being as rude so I guess she was warming up to me at least that's what I told myself

"Ava"

"What do you want" she said calmly

"Are we friends"

"Of course not I would never be friends with someone like you!!" I said getting defensive

"Wow racist" I said wiping the fake tears in my eyes "THATS NOT WHAT I MEANT! but since you practically begging fine I'll be your friend but I still consider you my enemy"

"It's too late now I consider you racist" I said walking away jokingly "WHAT I TOLD YOU I DIDNT MEAN IT LIKE THAT"

I walked back to her "I'm just kidding" she sighed "so does that mean you'll stop trying to date kyoya"

"Oh no I will win him over I said I still consider you as my enemy" she said "you sound desperate" she shrugged indicating she didn't care "I wont give up that easily"

"Right.."
