Linda was drinking causally her morning coffee,in her big apartment building.She was sitting in her large sofa,and watching crime investigations in her tv.
She loved watching crimes and investigations,after all,this was her beloved job.She was a private investigator,in a police apartment in Los Angeles.Her morning routine was the same.She always woke up and she read a book or tried to find information about a case that she was given.
But this time it wasnt her ordinary routine,something changed.No.....it wasnt the house,her house was always clean and neat,it was something else that was bothering her.It was a letter under her
Front door.
This letter got her attention,she stood up and started walking towards it.She was really surprised,because no one has sent her a letter in years.
She got the letter and went back to her kitchen.She was making breakfast ,and the letter was left on the kitchen counter.She tried to open it but it was stuck.
Linda took a knife out of the kitchen,and opened it carefully.
When she opened ,the letter ,it had a red mark on it,the name was sighed by someone calling himself
"Arthur leonheart".When Linda inspected the letter,she saw that it was well writen with calligraphy.
The letter said:"Dear Linda Graversone
.I was really happy i could finally get in contact with you.I shall say you are a very intelligent and interesting person,you might not know me,but i know you very well.And i wanted to invite you to my private island,for one week,i know you are a hard working woman ,and you need to relax. So this is your chance.Well i wish you the best for now,boat *starlord*(name of boat) leaves in two days so be ready to have some fun.""
The letter ended like this.Linda was startled,she had never been to a luxurious island before or even a vacation.The last 5 years she was working,but now it was the first time after all those years to finally go somewhere.She was excited.Of course she couldn't trust a stranger but her nostalgia was getting stronger and stronger.
After some thought she decided to go,she could even meet new people there and make new friends.Of course she couldn't keep her guard down.So she took a pepper spray with her because you never know..
