On their way to the tribe, Kacey thought she would try and make small talk while easing the situation down.
"So.. What are you guys names? I know you said your names before but still." Kaceys speaks.
"My names Reagon, Leader of the hunting squad in the Rijure tribe." Reagon spoke with a stern voice.
"I'm Tiki as you already know haha!" Tiki chuckles.
"I'm Rita, I hunt with the rest of the hunters. But don't think I'm a big meanie! I promise I'm nice once you get to know me!" Rita smiles.
Silence flows through the air as everyone turns to Mika waiting for her to introduce herself.
"Well?" Reagon asked.
"I'm not introducing myself to someone we barely know. For all we know she could be lying about everything and attack our tribe from the inside!" Mika shouts, "Just because you all want to be friendly with her, doesn't mean I have to. Just hope my mother thinks the same thing."
"Mother?.." Kacey tilts her head.
Reagon spoke up "Her mother is the Leader of the whole tribe. That's why Mika thinks she has every right. Like if a high school student was a principals daughter, you would expect to get leverage."
"But she doesn't HAHAHA!!" Rita laughs uncontrollably
Next thing you know, Mika throws a pebble at Rita's shoulder. They argue the rest of the way there while still heading towards the base.
[Minutes Later]
Finally, arriving at the base, they head through the gates. Everyone was staring at Kacey like a fresh piece of meat, they know that "humans" aren't allowed there so they were wondering why she was there, thinking she was human of course. The four of them walk into the main tent where the alpha spends most of her day in.
"Miss.. We brought someone who might interest you.." Reagon stutters.
The leader turns around to see them.. and Kacey. "And why did you think bringing a human into our tribe borders was the right call?!"
"She isn't human! She is a wolfborn, well she says she is." Reagon speaks up.
With a raised eyebrow, the leader leans forward "Tell me exactly why you say she is a wolfborn or you all will have punishment."
[minutes later after Kacey explains her situation because I am too lazy to write it again :)]
"My.. What an interesting one arent you? I will need time to think of what to do with you." The alpha says.
"What do you mean.." Kacey spoke.
"Well you are new to our people, the first of your kind for all we know. We will give you a few weeks to adjust in our tribe. If we see you fit in well, then we still discuss further into your matters."
"But, who said I wanted to be apart of your tribe?"
"Would you rather be part of something or live by yourself forever?"
"Fair enough.. But where will I stay."
"I can-"
The alpha was cut off by Tiki speaking up "She can stay in my place for now!! Or until you get her a place!"
"Hmm.. I suppose that isn't a bad idea. Just..." The alpha sighs, "Don't cut me off again."
"Yes ma'am."
