There was silence in the hall. The man, whom Jungkook apparently called V,was looking at us with a smirk. His gaze sharp as a needle and his presence screaming out superiority. Something I felt the first time I saw Jungkook.

I turn to look at Jungkook who was staring back at him the same way he was. It made me very nervous making me tighten the grip of Jungkook's hand. V breaks the silence.

"I'm suprised to see the great Jungkook attending a party with someone....most importantly a woman. I shall assume she's your wife"

This time Jungkook too smirks.

"Your assumption is very much true V, she's my dear wife."

The man was scanning every feature of mine from top to bottom making me feel awkward.Jungkook noticed this and put his hand on my back to calm me down. But he himself looked a little furious. I could hear footsteps behind us. It was Jackson.

"Ahh I see the two Gentlemen have meet. I don't think there's a need for introductions"

Something didn't feel nice. Jungkook wasn't willing to talk to him or even let me know about him. It made me want to speak out.

"Actually not yet Jackson. We haven't had our proper introductions yet."

"Oh my bad did I interrupt"

"Not at all Jackson in fact it would be get if you told Mrs. Jeon about me."

"Well then. Y/n meet Kim Taehyung, one of the youngest to become a top leading businessman in Korea. He is also known as V unofficial among people like us. To tell about V's status in a simple way just how Jungkook rules the underworld V has businesses in under his fingertips."

Kim Taehyung...... I've definitely heard of him. Infact there's nobody that does not know who he is. The perfect bachelor in Korea.

"That was a little too detailed.....but thank you Jackson"

"I was just telling the truth"

"*Scoffs* Well we'll yea you ain't wrong but honestly speaking Jungkook definitely is more superior than any of us"

V looked at Jungkook smiling.

"Oh well that's absolutely true. Jungkook worked hard to bring down each of them to stand in such a position."

Jungkook looked at Jackson with a smirk.

"Worked hard? *Scoffs* I never had to work hard Jackson all the ones that came my way were just merely peasant and weaklings. Nobody did and never can reach to my level."

He looked at V when he said the last sentence. V's expression switched from looking smug to looking a little mad. Jungkook looked at him with predictor eyes giving him death glares. At this moment I saw how powerful he actually was. This was the Jeon Jungkook everyone feared.

By the time Jackson responded I.N and Kai walk in.

"Ah sir here two are we have been searching for you almost everywhere "

Two of them were looking at Jungkook giving him some sort of signal to which Jungkook smiled.

"Time flies very fast, doesn't it? Thank you inviting us to the party Jackson."

"Oh please not the formalities. We're buddies and infact I must thank you for attending this party"

Jackson and Jungkook handshake and smile at each other.

"Time to leave go home then Y/n"

"Yea let's go"

"See ya again y/n"

I shake hands with Jackson meanwhile V stood there quietly. As I pulled back from the handshake Jungkook put his one arm around my waist gripping me in a possesive way and hugging me closer to him.

Kai and I.N walk behind us.

We walk back down to the hall where people were filled up. When we were returning to the car Jungkook let go off me and paused letting me walk some distance until I noticed he wasn't walking. I turn back to see him tying his shoe lace.

He looks at me and gives me a smile.

"Want me to help you tie it up?"

"I'm not a kid I can do it"

Jungkook gets up and walks towards me. We get in the car and drive home.
