August unlocks and opens the front door to their 3 story town house, and is welcomed by a big hug from Nahla.
Nahla: Daddddddy!
August: Hey babygirl, you missed daddy
Nahla: Yes daddy, but first I have sooo much to show you
August: I miss you too ladybug, but first let me catch some rest ok
Nahla: Ok daddy
Nahla runs up to her playroom, and August proceeds into the kitchen.
Nicki: Hmm, is that a fine man I hear
Nicki turns away from the stove
August: Nah it's a hungry man that you hear, what you got for big daddy today
Nicki: Boy get over yourself, here taste this chicken in the meantime
August: Yo baby this is bomb, but I know what I want to taste later
Nicki cracked a smile.
Nicki: Get your ass out of here
She blushed as August smacked her on the butt and went up to their bedroom.
August: Ahh, home sweet home
He kicked off his shoes and loosened his tie. He mumbled to himself as he takes off his work clothes and slips into a pair of Jordan shorts. August stretches his arms and takes his nap.
After a couple of hours, dinner is ready, and the resting is about to be over.
Nicki: Nahla
Nahla: Yes mommy
Nicki: Go tell Daddy that dinner is ready
Nahla: Ok
Nahla ran up the stairs and woke August by jumping on his stomach.
August: Whoa babygirl
Nahla: Sorry daddy, mommy said dinner is ready
August: Ok I'm coming
August slipped on a shirt and headed down to the dinner table.
Nicki: Hey sleepy head, took long enough
August: Oh so you got jokes huh
Nicki giggled and handed August his plate.
Nicki: So, anything new at work today?
August: Um I met my new temp in the parking lot
He shoves some of his salad in his mouth.
Nicki: Now is this a temp or a temp-tation
August: Yes she's a woman but you know I only got an eye for you baby
Nicki: I hope so
